《環(huán)球漢語—漢語和中國文化》文化項(xiàng)目呈現(xiàn)方式考察研究

【摘要】:隨著對外漢語教學(xué)事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,人們越來越認(rèn)識到語言和文化之間密不可分的關(guān)系,也了解到文化內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí)對于學(xué)習(xí)者的重要性,并試圖在對外漢語教材編寫的過程中融入相關(guān)的文化內(nèi)容。然而由于文化大綱至今還未能確立,所以在對外漢語教學(xué)中什么樣的文化內(nèi)容應(yīng)該呈現(xiàn),應(yīng)以怎樣的方式呈現(xiàn),對于對外漢語教學(xué)界來說還是一個需要不斷探索總結(jié)、研究開拓、推陳出新的課題。目前,初級階段綜合課教材中的文化項(xiàng)目的呈現(xiàn)方式多數(shù)是以書面的文化知識介紹為主,或者是通過對附有文化色彩的詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)。總體來說,對于初級階段綜合教材中文化項(xiàng)目的呈現(xiàn)方式的研究還比較少,僅有的幾種文化項(xiàng)目的呈現(xiàn)方式也比較單一、傳統(tǒng)。本文選取了初級階段使用的國際漢語教材《環(huán)球漢語——漢語和中國文化》第一冊,以《環(huán)球漢語》第一冊中的十集連續(xù)劇、Cultural bits文化點(diǎn)滴視頻和教師用書中的文化項(xiàng)目的呈現(xiàn)方式為研究對象。通過建立數(shù)據(jù)庫的方法對該套教材中的文化項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行考察、統(tǒng)計和分析,從而歸納總結(jié)出該套教材中的文化項(xiàng)目在呈現(xiàn)方式上的特點(diǎn)。本文主要由五個部分組成。第一部分主要闡述了本文的選題意義,總結(jié)了對外漢語文化教學(xué)方面和教材中文化因素研究方面的成果;提出了本文的研究目的并對關(guān)鍵概念進(jìn)行界定,主要是對關(guān)鍵概念“文化因素“和”文化項(xiàng)目“的界定。第二部分介紹了本文的研究內(nèi)容、研究方法和研究設(shè)計流程,并對《環(huán)球漢語——漢語和中國文化》中文化項(xiàng)目編排做出統(tǒng)計說明。第三部分是對教材中文化項(xiàng)目呈現(xiàn)方式的描述與分析。第四部分是針對國際漢語教材中文化項(xiàng)目的編寫提出啟示和建議。最后一部分是對本文主要觀點(diǎn)和不足之處進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, people have come to realize the close relationship between language and culture, and the importance of learning cultural content to learners. And try to incorporate the relevant cultural content in the process of compiling Chinese as a foreign language textbook. However, since the cultural outline has not yet been established, it is still necessary to explore and summarize what cultural content should be presented and in what way in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, for the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Research and development, the emergence of new topics. At present, the presentation of cultural items in the teaching materials of primary comprehensive courses is mainly based on the introduction of cultural knowledge in writing, or through the study of words with cultural color. On the whole, there are few studies on the presentation of cultural items in the primary comprehensive textbooks, and only a few cultural items are presented in a single way, which is traditional. This paper selects the first volume of the International Chinese textbook, Global Chinese and Chinese Culture, which is used in the primary stage. This paper focuses on the presentation of cultural items in the first volume of the 10-episode series "Cultural bits" and the presentation of cultural items in the teachers' books. Through the method of establishing database, the cultural items in this set of textbooks are investigated, counted and analyzed, and the characteristics of the cultural items in this set of textbooks are summarized. This paper consists of five parts. The first part mainly expounds the significance of the topic, summarizes the achievements of the cultural teaching and teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and the cultural factors in the teaching materials, puts forward the purpose of the research and defines the key concepts. It mainly defines the key concepts "cultural factors" and "cultural projects". The second part introduces the research content, research method and research design flow of this paper, and makes a statistical explanation of the cultural item arrangement in "Global Chinese-Chinese and Chinese Culture". The third part is the description and analysis of the presentation of cultural items in textbooks. The fourth part is to propose enlightenment and suggestions for the compilation of cultural projects in international Chinese teaching materials. The last part is the summary and analysis of the main points and shortcomings of this paper.
