東南亞漢語(yǔ)教師暑期來(lái)華培訓(xùn)的方案設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:東南亞作為全球華人最為聚集的地區(qū),其漢語(yǔ)教育也存在著專業(yè)教師數(shù)量短缺,老齡化嚴(yán)重,社會(huì)重商輕文,政府支持漢語(yǔ)發(fā)展力度低等眾多不利因素。而以往東南亞漢語(yǔ)教師在華培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目作為提高師資水平的重要方式,又存在著培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容單一、缺乏針對(duì)性與可操作性等問(wèn)題。為了解決這些問(wèn)題,本文從東南亞漢語(yǔ)發(fā)展的實(shí)際狀況和需求出發(fā),并對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)貪h語(yǔ)教師自身情況進(jìn)行綜合考量,研究制定出了一份為期兩個(gè)月的暑期漢語(yǔ)教師在華職業(yè)培訓(xùn)方案。為了使更多東南亞漢語(yǔ)教師能得到有效的幫助,文章另外還提出了一份教師培訓(xùn)與學(xué)生夏令營(yíng)相結(jié)合的輔助方案。這兩個(gè)方案旨在通過(guò)針對(duì)性的教師培訓(xùn)與有效的實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練來(lái)提升東南亞漢語(yǔ)教師自身的專業(yè)素質(zhì)和業(yè)務(wù)水平,從而促進(jìn)該地區(qū)的漢語(yǔ)發(fā)展與進(jìn)步。本文論題“東南亞漢語(yǔ)教師暑期來(lái)華培訓(xùn)的方案設(shè)計(jì)”以提出問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題為思路,在探究、分析東南亞漢語(yǔ)發(fā)展及本土漢語(yǔ)師資現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,引出東南亞漢語(yǔ)教師來(lái)華培訓(xùn)的諸種問(wèn)題,最后再根據(jù)實(shí)際情況和具體需求提出解決的方案�;诖�,該文擬設(shè)立的論述框架由此凸顯,除去緒論與結(jié)語(yǔ),全文的主體論述分為三大部分展開。首先是方案設(shè)計(jì)的背景與原因,即從整體上了解東南亞漢語(yǔ)師資發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及該地區(qū)漢語(yǔ)教師在華培訓(xùn)時(shí)的種種問(wèn)題。其次是根據(jù)上述這些具體的不足,對(duì)培訓(xùn)方案的實(shí)施做出周詳?shù)那捌跍?zhǔn)備,包括培訓(xùn)地點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容、規(guī)模、后勤保障等。最后就是具體的培訓(xùn)方案,包括一個(gè)主要的暑期方案和一個(gè)輔助性的夏令營(yíng)方案。這兩個(gè)方案都提出了具體的操作方式,而輔助方案更是具有創(chuàng)新性。本文的論述重點(diǎn)是培訓(xùn)方案,因此方案的提出應(yīng)該要具有可行性和有效性。文章充分尊重東南亞地區(qū)漢語(yǔ)發(fā)展以及師資水平的實(shí)際情況,考慮到教師工作的特性和經(jīng)費(fèi)等問(wèn)題,方案特別將培訓(xùn)時(shí)間集中在中國(guó)高校的暑期。同時(shí)也為了能讓更多漢語(yǔ)教師獲益,在暑期培訓(xùn)之外還特別設(shè)計(jì)了夏令營(yíng)培訓(xùn)的輔助方案。這兩個(gè)方案相輔相成,相信將對(duì)提高東南亞漢語(yǔ)教師的水平,以及促進(jìn)該地區(qū)漢語(yǔ)發(fā)展都具有很大的幫助。
[Abstract]:As the most concentrated area of Chinese in Southeast Asia, there are many unfavorable factors in Chinese education in Southeast Asia, such as shortage of professional teachers, serious aging, social emphasis on commerce and neglect of language, and low degree of government support for the development of Chinese. However, as an important way to improve the level of Chinese teachers in China, there are some problems such as single training content, lack of pertinence and maneuverability. In order to solve these problems, this paper proceeds from the actual situation and needs of the development of Chinese in Southeast Asia, and makes a comprehensive consideration of the local Chinese teachers themselves. A two-month summer Chinese teacher training program in China was developed. In order to make more Chinese teachers in Southeast Asia get effective help, this paper also puts forward a supplementary scheme which combines teacher training with student summer camp. The purpose of these two programs is to improve the professional quality and professional level of Chinese teachers in Southeast Asia through targeted teacher training and effective practical training so as to promote the development and progress of Chinese in this area. In this paper, the author discusses the project design of Chinese teachers coming to China for summer training in Southeast Asia. It puts forward questions, analyzes problems and solves problems, and analyzes the development of Chinese language in Southeast Asia and the present situation of native Chinese teachers on the basis of exploring and analyzing the present situation of Chinese teachers in Southeast Asia. This paper introduces the problems of training Chinese teachers in Southeast Asia, and finally puts forward the solutions according to the actual situation and specific needs. Based on this, this paper intends to establish the framework of the exposition highlights, except the introduction and conclusion, the main body of the thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is the background and reason of the scheme design, that is, to understand the present situation of the development of Chinese teachers in Southeast Asia and the problems in the training of Chinese teachers in Southeast Asia. Secondly, according to the above specific deficiencies, the implementation of the training program to make a thorough preliminary preparation, including the training site, content, scale, logistics support and so on. Finally, specific training programs, including a major summer program and a supplementary summer camp program. These two schemes both put forward the concrete operation mode, and the auxiliary scheme is more innovative. This paper focuses on the training program, so the proposal should be feasible and effective. This paper fully respects the development of Chinese language and the actual situation of teachers' level in Southeast Asia, considering the characteristics and funds of teachers' work, the program focuses on the summer vacation of Chinese universities. In order to benefit more Chinese teachers, the summer training program is specially designed. These two schemes complement each other and will be of great help to raise the level of Chinese teachers in Southeast Asia and to promote the development of Chinese in this region.
