【摘要】：文化和語(yǔ)言有著不可分割的關(guān)系，語(yǔ)言自身也是文化的一部分。文化知識(shí)的教學(xué)近年來(lái)受到對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教育界越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注，這種關(guān)注也直接體現(xiàn)在了對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教材的編寫上。文化內(nèi)容的教學(xué)逐漸成為教材編寫的重點(diǎn)和難題，文化點(diǎn)的選擇也還缺少像詞匯、語(yǔ)法那樣的教學(xué)大綱做參考依據(jù)。 本文選取了中美各兩套對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)中級(jí)綜合教材為研究素材，用分類較為科學(xué)、實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的文化大綱為依據(jù)，對(duì)四套教材中的文化內(nèi)容進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、對(duì)比、分析，從定量和定性兩個(gè)角度研究中美教材在文化內(nèi)容的選擇、編寫方法和思路等方面的異同。 本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，因?yàn)檎Z(yǔ)言環(huán)境和思維方式等方面的不同，，中美對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教材編寫者在文化內(nèi)容的選取和教學(xué)方法上都存在一定的差異性。而美國(guó)教材在對(duì)文化教學(xué)的重視程度、教學(xué)內(nèi)容的選取、編排和表述上都有值得借鑒的地方。
[Abstract]:Culture and language are inseparable relations, language itself is a part of culture. In recent years, the teaching of cultural knowledge has attracted more and more attention in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, which is also directly reflected in the compilation of textbooks for teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The teaching of cultural content has gradually become the focal point and difficult problem in the compilation of textbooks, and the choice of cultural points also lacks the reference basis of syllabus such as vocabulary and grammar. In this paper, two sets of Intermediate Comprehensive textbooks for Chinese as a Foreign language in China and the United States are selected as the research materials, and the cultural contents of the four sets of textbooks are statistically analyzed and compared, based on the cultural syllabus, which is more scientific and practical in classification. This paper studies the similarities and differences between Chinese and American textbooks in cultural content selection, writing methods and ideas from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives. This paper finds that there are some differences in the selection of cultural content and teaching methods between Chinese and American textbook writers because of the differences in language environment and mode of thinking. The American teaching materials are worthy of reference in terms of the importance of cultural teaching, the selection, arrangement and presentation of teaching contents.
