從填空式視譯看預(yù)測(cè)在視譯中的重要性

【摘要】:基于完形填空和口譯同是基于知識(shí)的預(yù)測(cè)過(guò)程,且根據(jù)實(shí)證表明:聽(tīng)力式的完形填空可以作為檢測(cè)學(xué)生譯員能力傾向的一種測(cè)試手段,本論文嘗試性地設(shè)計(jì)了填空式視譯,將完形填空與視譯結(jié)合在一起,來(lái)觀察預(yù)測(cè)能力對(duì)視譯的影響程度。本論文旨在回答以下幾個(gè)問(wèn)題: 1)完形填空與視譯是否在預(yù)測(cè)能力方面有著顯著的相關(guān)性? 2)填空式視譯能否有效區(qū)別學(xué)生譯員在視譯過(guò)程中的預(yù)測(cè)能力? 3)填空式視譯能否有效加強(qiáng)學(xué)生譯員的預(yù)測(cè)能力,從而提高視譯的整體水平? 本論文進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)論證,實(shí)驗(yàn)分為兩個(gè)階段。第一階段的研究對(duì)象為32名上海外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)大四英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生,所有被試將同時(shí)完成完形填空和填空式視譯測(cè)試,以觀察完形填空和視譯是否在預(yù)測(cè)能力方面有著顯著的相關(guān)性,并根據(jù)學(xué)生完形填空成績(jī),將其分為四組進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,,進(jìn)一步觀察預(yù)測(cè)能力對(duì)視譯的影響程度。實(shí)驗(yàn)第二階段的研究對(duì)象為上海外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)26名大二英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生,所有被試分別進(jìn)行兩次視譯測(cè)試,第二篇測(cè)試在被試已練習(xí)三到半周的填空式視譯之后展開(kāi),旨在證明預(yù)測(cè)能力的加強(qiáng),可以有效地提高學(xué)生譯員的整體視譯水平。根據(jù)本論文的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析,可以得到以下結(jié)論: 1)填空式視譯可以有效甄別學(xué)生譯員在視譯過(guò)程中的預(yù)測(cè)能力。 2)填空式視譯可以作為提高學(xué)生譯員視譯能力的有效教學(xué)手段。
[Abstract]:Based on the fact that cloze and interpretation are both knowledge-based prediction processes and that listening cloze can be used as a test method to test the students' ability tendency, this thesis attempts to design a blank-filled visual translation. The cloze is combined with visual translation to observe the influence of predictive ability on visual translation. This thesis aims to answer the following questions: 1) is there a significant correlation between cloze filling and visual translation in terms of predictive ability? 2) can empty visual translation effectively distinguish student interpreters in the visual translation process? (3) can the student interpreter's prediction ability be effectively enhanced by the blank-filled visual translation? So as to improve the overall level of visual translation? The experiment is divided into two stages. In the first phase of the study, 32 senior English majors from Shanghai Foreign Studies University completed both cloze and blank-filled visual translation tests. In order to observe whether cloze filling and visual translation have significant correlation in predicting ability, and according to students' cloze score, we divide them into four groups for comparative analysis, and further observe the influence of predictive ability on visual translation. In the second stage of the experiment, 26 sophomore English majors from Shanghai Foreign Studies University were studied. All the subjects underwent two visual translation tests. The second test was conducted after the subjects had practiced three to half weeks of blank translation. The purpose of this paper is to prove that the enhancement of predictive ability can effectively improve the overall visual translation of student interpreters. According to the experimental results of this paper, The following conclusions can be drawn: 1) the blank-filled visual translation can effectively identify the student interpreter's predictive ability in the process of visual translation, and 2) the blank-filled visual translation can be used as an effective teaching method to improve the students' visual translation ability.
