【摘要】：擬聲詞是某種特定語言中用來模擬自然或人為聲音而形成的詞項。作為一種具有普遍性的語言現(xiàn)象,不僅英語中存在,包括漢語在內(nèi)的其他各種語言里都有大量的擬聲詞。它又稱為象聲詞、摹聲詞、狀聲詞。擬聲詞數(shù)量雖然不是很多,但在語言中占據(jù)很重要的地位。目前關(guān)于擬聲詞的研究,特別是專門針對不同語言的擬聲詞的對比研究相對較少。 本論文針對擬聲詞的研究現(xiàn)狀,以英語小說Life of Pi的原文與漢語版和日語版翻譯里出現(xiàn)的擬聲詞、擬態(tài)詞為基礎(chǔ),采用統(tǒng)計分析方法進行全面的對比分析,對漢語、日語和英語中的擬聲、擬態(tài)詞語使用狀況進行了系統(tǒng)全面的研究。 同時,充分比較分析了三種語言中擬聲詞的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、句法功能、語義特征及語用特征,以期發(fā)現(xiàn)漢、日、英三種擬聲詞的特征、異同及其異同的原因,從而對擬聲詞有關(guān)語言和文化等方面因素有更為深刻的認(rèn)識,也對英語擬聲詞的翻譯方法作出了總結(jié)。 全文共分為五章。第一章主要說明本論文的研究的出發(fā)點、意義和目的。第二章介紹了小說Life of Pi,并對當(dāng)下國內(nèi)外的擬聲詞的研究狀況和問題進行了梳理概括。第三章分別歸納總結(jié)了英日中三種語言的擬聲詞定義,劃定了出本文的研究對象和研究范圍,并介紹了主要研究方法。第四章是本文的重點,從結(jié)構(gòu)形式、句法功能、語義特征和翻譯方法四個方面分別對英日漢三種語言的擬聲詞進行詳細的對比研究,并用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計的方法進行統(tǒng)計分析。第五章得出本文的結(jié)論,并闡述了本研究的價值。
[Abstract]:Onomatopoeia is a term used to simulate natural or man-made sound in a particular language. As a universal language phenomenon, there are a lot of onomatopoeia not only in English, but also in other languages, including Chinese. It is also called onomatopoeia, copying words, like sound words. Although the number of onomatopoeia is not many, it occupies a very important position in language. At present, there are few researches on onomatopoeia, especially on the contrast of onomatopoeia in different languages. This thesis aims at the present situation of the study of onomatopoeia. Based on the original text of the English novel Life of Pi, the onomatopoeia and the mimicry in the translation of the Chinese version and Japanese version, the statistical analysis method is used to carry out a comprehensive comparative analysis of the Chinese language. The use of onomatopoeia and onomatopoeia in Japanese and English has been studied systematically and comprehensively. At the same time, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the structural forms, syntactic functions, semantic features and pragmatic features of onomatopoeia words in the three languages in order to find out the characteristics, similarities and differences of Chinese, Japanese and English onomatopoeia words and the reasons for their similarities and differences. Therefore, the author has a deeper understanding of the linguistic and cultural factors of onomatopoeia, and summarizes the translation methods of English onomatopoeia. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly explains the starting point, significance and purpose of this paper. The second chapter introduces the novel Life of Pi. and summarizes the current research situation and problems of onomatopoeia at home and abroad. The third chapter summarizes the definitions of onomatopoeia in English and Japanese, delimits the research object and scope, and introduces the main research methods. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, from the structural form, syntactic functions, semantic features and translation methods of the three languages of English, Japanese and Chinese onomatopoeia, respectively, a detailed comparative study of the three languages, using mathematical statistical methods to carry out statistical analysis. The fifth chapter draws the conclusion of this paper and expounds the value of this study.
