泰國(guó)清萊府中國(guó)漢語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和綜合國(guó)力的蓬勃發(fā)展,中國(guó)在國(guó)際上的地位和影響力越來越大,漢語在整個(gè)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)交往中的實(shí)用價(jià)值也迅速提升,越來越多的外國(guó)人意識(shí)到學(xué)習(xí)漢語的重要性,泰國(guó)社會(huì)也越來越重視漢語教育的開展,因此急需漢語教育人才。在這種背景下,為加強(qiáng)中華文化的傳播,中國(guó)向泰國(guó)派遣了大量的志愿者教師。雖然,目前泰國(guó)漢語教學(xué)蓬勃發(fā)展,但仍然存在一些問題,需要正確面對(duì)和解決。如:師資缺乏帶來的教師教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足、師資隊(duì)伍多樣帶來的教學(xué)水平欠缺、國(guó)家文化差異帶來的教學(xué)方法不適合等問題。這些問題制約了泰國(guó)漢語教學(xué)快速、有效的發(fā)展。為此,本文專門對(duì)泰國(guó)北部清萊府開設(shè)有中文課的12所高中學(xué)校和2所大學(xué)72位中國(guó)漢語教師進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,對(duì)他們?cè)谛5幕厩闆r、專業(yè)知識(shí)、專業(yè)能力、專業(yè)情意方面進(jìn)行考察,分析泰國(guó)清萊府地區(qū)漢語教學(xué)中存在的問題,繼而提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。本研究的意義在于為中泰兩國(guó)漢語教育機(jī)構(gòu)和開設(shè)漢語專業(yè)的學(xué)校提供參考,使教學(xué)的效率得到提高;為在泰國(guó)工作和即將去泰國(guó)工作的漢語教師提供學(xué)習(xí)線索,讓他們了解需要重點(diǎn)補(bǔ)充什么專業(yè)知識(shí),避免專業(yè)知識(shí)欠缺和文化差異帶來的負(fù)面影響。本文的根本目的是為了促進(jìn)中國(guó)漢語教師的專業(yè)水平,為中泰國(guó)際漢語教育事業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。 本文共有五個(gè)章節(jié)。 第一章緒論簡(jiǎn)要介紹本論文的研究背景與緣由、研究目的和意義、理論背景、研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究思路與研究方法。 第二章主要介紹了泰國(guó)清萊府漢語教育背景及在泰國(guó)的中國(guó)漢語教師專業(yè)背景。再通過問卷調(diào)查,全面了解泰國(guó)清萊府中國(guó)漢語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。 第三章根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,從專業(yè)知識(shí)、專業(yè)能力、專業(yè)情意等方面歸納了泰國(guó)清萊府中國(guó)漢語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,并分析造成這些問題的原因。 第四章針對(duì)泰國(guó)清萊府中國(guó)漢語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,,提出促進(jìn)泰國(guó)清萊府中國(guó)漢語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策。 第五章結(jié)束語部分對(duì)本次研究的結(jié)果作最后總結(jié),將文章的結(jié)論總結(jié)歸納;并指出在此次研究中的不足之處。 此次的調(diào)查研究讓筆者對(duì)清萊府中國(guó)漢語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀有了客觀的了解,在泰國(guó)漢語教育未完全成熟的今天,中國(guó)漢語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展問題是迫切需要關(guān)注和解決的。為了泰國(guó)漢語教育更好的發(fā)展、為了中國(guó)文化更好地在泰國(guó)傳播,中國(guó)漢語教師需要培養(yǎng)更高的專業(yè)發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the vigorous development of economy and comprehensive national strength, China's status and influence in the international community is growing, and the practical value of Chinese in the whole international economic exchanges has been rapidly promoted. More and more foreigners realize the importance of learning Chinese and Thai society pays more and more attention to the development of Chinese education. In this context, to strengthen the spread of Chinese culture, China sent a large number of volunteer teachers to Thailand. Although Chinese teaching in Thailand is booming, there are still some problems that need to be correctly faced and solved. For example, the lack of teachers' teaching experience, the lack of teaching level brought about by the diversity of teachers, and the unsuitable teaching methods brought about by national cultural differences. These problems restrict the rapid and effective development of Thai Chinese teaching. Therefore, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 72 Chinese teachers in 12 high schools and 2 universities in Changlai Prefecture, northern Thailand, and their basic situation, professional knowledge and professional ability were investigated. In the aspect of professional affection, the author analyzes the problems in Chinese teaching in Qinglai Prefecture, Thailand, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The significance of this study is to provide reference for Chinese education institutions and Chinese major schools in China and Thailand, so as to improve the teaching efficiency, and to provide learning clues for Chinese teachers working in Thailand and about to work in Thailand. Let them know what expertise needs to be added to avoid the negative effects of lack of expertise and cultural differences. The basic purpose of this paper is to promote the professional level of Chinese teachers in China and to contribute to the international Chinese education in China and Thailand. There are five chapters in this paper. The first chapter is an introduction to the background and reasons of this thesis. The purpose and significance, theoretical background, research content, research ideas and research methods. Chapter two mainly introduces the background of Chinese language education and the professional background of Chinese teachers in Thailand. Then through the questionnaire survey, we can fully understand the current situation of Chinese Chinese teachers' professional development in Qinglai Prefecture, Thailand. Chapter three, according to the survey results, from the professional knowledge, professional ability, This paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of the professional development of Chinese Chinese teachers in Qinglai Prefecture, Thailand, and analyzes the causes of these problems. Chapter four aims at the problems existing in the professional development of Chinese Chinese teachers in Chinglai Prefecture, Thailand. The last part of the fifth chapter summarizes the results of this study and summarizes the conclusion of the article; And pointed out the deficiencies in this study. The investigation and research has made the author have an objective understanding of the current situation of the professional development of Chinese language teachers in Qinglai Prefecture. Today, the Chinese language education in Thailand is not fully mature. It is urgent to pay attention to and solve the problem of professional development of Chinese teachers in China. For the better development of Thai Chinese language education and the better spread of Chinese culture in Thailand, Chinese teachers need to cultivate higher professional development level.
