【摘要】：語(yǔ)音畫像在綁架案,電話詐騙,假報(bào)警等案件中起著提供嫌疑人特征,縮小偵查范圍的重要作用。國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于語(yǔ)音畫像參數(shù)的研究都相對(duì)較少。因此,本文的研究目的在于從語(yǔ)篇信息分析角度豐富語(yǔ)音畫像的分析參數(shù)。本研究采用定性研究的方法。首先,借助Phil Rose提出的語(yǔ)音畫像參數(shù)分類及杜金榜教授的語(yǔ)篇樹狀信息結(jié)構(gòu)理論,提出論文框架。其次,通過語(yǔ)篇樹狀信息結(jié)構(gòu)理論分析真實(shí)語(yǔ)料,得出一套可行的參數(shù)。最后再通過實(shí)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合PRAAT語(yǔ)音分析儀器,驗(yàn)證參數(shù)的可靠性。研究結(jié)果顯示,信息成分和信息點(diǎn)、信息結(jié)構(gòu)和信息流等參數(shù)都是很有效的獲取說話者生理、社會(huì)和個(gè)人特征的參數(shù)。但是,這些參數(shù)在真實(shí)語(yǔ)料中的有效性大于在模擬語(yǔ)料中的有效性。本研究從新的視角,即語(yǔ)篇信息理論的角度,為語(yǔ)音畫像提出了一套可行的參數(shù)。它豐富了語(yǔ)音畫像的參數(shù),并拓展了語(yǔ)篇信息理論的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。筆者希望此研究可幫助辦案人員縮小偵查范圍,鎖定犯罪嫌疑人。同時(shí),也為指控犯罪者提供相應(yīng)的語(yǔ)言學(xué)證據(jù),促進(jìn)法律語(yǔ)言學(xué)在社會(huì)活動(dòng)中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The speech picture plays an important role in the case of kidnapping, telephone fraud, false alarm and so on. The research of speech picture parameters at home and abroad is relatively small. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to enrich the analysis parameters of the speech picture from the perspective of discourse information analysis. In the first place, with the aid of Phil Rose's speech image parameters classification and the theory of Professor Du Jinbang's discourse tree information structure theory, the paper frame is put forward. Secondly, a set of feasible parameters is obtained through the analysis of the real corpus by the theory of the tree information structure of the text. Finally, the parameters are verified with the PRAAT voice analysis instrument. The results show that the parameters such as information composition and information point, information structure and information flow are all parameters that can effectively obtain the speaker's physiological, social and personal characteristics. However, the validity of these parameters in the real corpus is greater than that in the simulated corpus. This study is from a new perspective, the perspective of the discourse information theory. It provides a set of feasible parameters for the speech picture. It enriches the parameters of the speech picture and expands the practical application of the theory of discourse information. The author hopes that this study can help the case handlers reduce the scope of the investigation and lock the criminal suspects. Meanwhile, it also provides the linguistic evidence for the offenders, and promotes the legal linguistics in society. Practical application in activity.
