中國(guó)主流媒體傳播視角下漢語國(guó)際教育的地位和發(fā)展

【摘要】:自2007年首屆漢語國(guó)際教育碩士招生以來,漢語國(guó)際教育已走過了近九個(gè)年頭的時(shí)光。借助于中國(guó)綜合國(guó)力的上升,漢語在世界語言舞臺(tái)中開始掌握越來越多的話語權(quán),其地位和影響愈來愈強(qiáng)烈,已逐漸成為僅次于英語的世界第二強(qiáng)勢(shì)語言。由各類專業(yè)報(bào)道不難看出,有越來越多的外國(guó)人開始試圖學(xué)習(xí)漢語、掌握中國(guó)文化。趁著這股強(qiáng)勁的勢(shì)頭,以國(guó)家漢語國(guó)際推廣領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室(以下簡(jiǎn)稱為“國(guó)家漢辦”)為代表的各類組織、機(jī)構(gòu)紛紛站在臺(tái)前,嘗試將這種可能變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí),客觀上推動(dòng)了漢語國(guó)際教育的發(fā)展,提高了其專業(yè)地位和影響。本文在充分運(yùn)用新華通訊社稿件編輯系統(tǒng)的前提下,采取定量分析為主、定性分析為輔的調(diào)查方法,試圖整理、總結(jié)出以最高國(guó)家通訊社為代表的國(guó)內(nèi)主流媒體傳播視角下漢語國(guó)際教育的地位和發(fā)展。通過對(duì)新華社自2007年3月至2014年6月期間所有含“漢語國(guó)際教育”關(guān)鍵詞的信息產(chǎn)品(文字、圖片、音頻、視頻)的整理,系統(tǒng)分析出漢語國(guó)際教育的地位和發(fā)展。得出以下結(jié)論:漢語國(guó)際教育經(jīng)歷了一場(chǎng)由小到大、由弱變強(qiáng)的緩慢過程;漢語國(guó)際教育受到了上至國(guó)家決策部門,下至普通學(xué)子的高度關(guān)注,成為了世界性的熱點(diǎn)學(xué)科并有長(zhǎng)盛不衰的態(tài)勢(shì);國(guó)家需要持續(xù)對(duì)漢語國(guó)際教育的投入與關(guān)注,以期滿足世界范圍內(nèi)對(duì)漢語及中國(guó)文化越來越強(qiáng)烈的需求。
[Abstract]:Chinese international education has gone through nearly nine years since the first Master of Chinese Education enrollment in 2007.With the help of the rise of China's comprehensive national strength, Chinese has begun to master more and more discourse power in the world language stage, and its status and influence have become the second most powerful language in the world after English.It is not difficult to see from various professional reports that more and more foreigners are trying to learn Chinese and master Chinese culture.Taking advantage of this strong momentum, various organizations, represented by the Office of the National leading Group for the International Promotion of Chinese language (hereinafter referred to as the "National Han Affairs Office"), have stood in front of the stage to try to turn this possibility into reality.Objectively, it promotes the development of Chinese international education and improves its professional status and influence.On the premise of making full use of the editorial system of Xinhua News Agency, this paper adopts the investigation method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to try to sort out.This paper summarizes the status and development of international Chinese education from the perspective of the domestic mainstream media communication, represented by the highest state news agency.Through sorting out all the information products (text, picture, audio and video) that contain the key words of "Chinese International Education" from March 2007 to June 2014, the status and development of Chinese international education are analyzed systematically.The following conclusions are drawn: Chinese international education has experienced a slow process from small to large, from weak to strong, and Chinese international education has been highly concerned by national policy-making departments and ordinary students.It has become a hot subject in the world and has a long and prosperous trend. The country needs to continuously invest and pay attention to the international education of Chinese language in order to meet the increasingly strong demand for Chinese language and Chinese culture in the world.
