【摘要】:正所謂“師者,傳道授業(yè)解惑也”。教師的職責(zé)應(yīng)該是首先教會學(xué)生如何做人。在現(xiàn)代教育理念下,德育也普遍被認(rèn)為是教育的最高目的。而德育的過程正是浸潤在教師的言行之中。教師通過教育性口語來提高學(xué)生的認(rèn)識,幫助學(xué)生培養(yǎng)良好的道德情操,樹立正確的人生觀、價值觀。因此,教師的教育性口語顯得尤為重要。它不僅直接影響著師生關(guān)系的構(gòu)建、課堂的氛圍,更是關(guān)系著國家素質(zhì)公民的培養(yǎng),精神文明的建設(shè)乃至社會的穩(wěn)定。尤其在少數(shù)民族地區(qū),教育狀況更為復(fù)雜;學(xué)生面臨著多元文化的沖擊;人生觀、價值觀更需要教師的引導(dǎo)。因此,對于地處偏遠(yuǎn)山區(qū)并且有著獨特文化的少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的孩子而言,科學(xué)地教育更為重要。教師的職責(zé)不僅僅是傳授先進(jìn)的文化知識,更重要的是要幫助他們樹立正確的人生觀、價值觀,形成健康的人格。從而促進(jìn)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的繁榮穩(wěn)定。然而通過對甘孜藏族自治州的兩所小學(xué)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)該地教師實施的教育言語行為還存在一些問題,明顯與我國的現(xiàn)代教育理念不符。該地的教育狀況與非少數(shù)民族地區(qū)還存在很大的差距?梢悦黠@感到該地區(qū)顯現(xiàn)出的是一種教育公平的缺失。因此,為實現(xiàn)教育均等,民族地區(qū)教育發(fā)展乃至地區(qū)穩(wěn)定,對該地區(qū)教師教育口語的研究是有必要的。本文分四章來探討甘孜州小學(xué)教師教育口語的實施狀況及存在的問題。第一章主要論述了本文的研究背景、意義、方法及相關(guān)的概念界定。第二章論述了教師教育口語的研究現(xiàn)狀及本論文采用的相關(guān)理論。第三章是本論文的重點,對甘孜州教師實施的教育口語進(jìn)行了言內(nèi)、言外、言后取效的分析,并探討了該地教師教育口語存在的問題及其原因。第四章則針對該地教育口語存在的問題提出了一些對策及建議。本文將從教育口語實施概況、調(diào)查結(jié)果分析、原因分析、對策及建議四個方面探討甘孜州小學(xué)教師的教育口語。
[Abstract]:The teacher's duty should be to first teach the students how to be a man. Under the modern educational concept, Moral education is also generally regarded as the highest aim of education, and the process of moral education is infiltrated in the words and deeds of teachers. Teachers improve students' understanding through educational spoken language, help students to cultivate good moral sentiment and establish a correct outlook on life. Therefore, teachers' educational spoken language is particularly important. It not only directly affects the construction of teacher-student relationship, classroom atmosphere, but also relates to the cultivation of national quality citizens. The construction of spiritual civilization and even the stability of society. Especially in minority areas, the educational situation is more complicated; the students are facing the impact of multiculturalism; the outlook on life and values need the guidance of teachers. Scientific education is even more important for children in remote mountainous areas with a unique culture. The role of teachers is not only to impart advanced cultural knowledge, but also to help them establish a correct outlook on life. Values, the formation of healthy personality, thereby promoting the prosperity and stability of ethnic minority areas. However, through the investigation of two primary schools in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, we found that there are still some problems with the educational speech acts carried out by teachers in this region. It is obviously inconsistent with the modern educational concept of our country. There is still a big gap between the educational situation in this area and the non-minority areas. It can be clearly felt that there is a lack of educational equity in this region. Therefore, in order to achieve equality in education, Education development and regional stability in ethnic minority areas, It is necessary to study the oral language of teacher education in this area. This paper is divided into four chapters to discuss the implementation situation and existing problems of the oral education of primary school teachers in Ganzi Prefecture. The first chapter mainly discusses the research background and significance of this paper. The second chapter discusses the current situation of teachers' oral education and the relevant theories adopted in this paper. Chapter three is the focus of this paper. The author analyzes the effects of the speech, and discusses the problems and causes of the local teachers' oral education. Chapter 4th puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems of the local educational oral English. This article will introduce the general situation of the implementation of the teaching oral English from the perspective of the general situation of the implementation of the teaching oral English in this area. This paper discusses the oral education of primary school teachers in Ganzi Prefecture from four aspects: analysis of investigation results, cause analysis, countermeasures and suggestions.
