話輪轉(zhuǎn)換視角下中國求職節(jié)目中的權(quán)勢關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:真人秀節(jié)目,是指由普通人而非扮演者在規(guī)定的情境中按照制定的游戲規(guī)則去完成一個(gè)表演過程,展示真實(shí)自我,并被記錄和制作播出的節(jié)目。20世紀(jì)以來,這種新穎的電視節(jié)目逐漸在全球電視界占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位,成為頗具競爭力的收視爭奪者。《非你莫屬》是天津衛(wèi)視于2010年10月推出的一檔大型職場類真人秀節(jié)目,每期由12位企業(yè)高管組成boss團(tuán)對(duì)四名來自全國各地的求職者進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場招聘。 本文的理論依據(jù)是Sacks, Schegloff和Jefferson提出的話輪轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng)。文章梳理了職場類真人秀節(jié)目的發(fā)展歷程,并簡要介紹了國內(nèi)外對(duì)此類節(jié)目的相關(guān)研究。本研究選取《非你莫屬》六期節(jié)目為語料進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,對(duì)所選取語料采取定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,試圖從話輪轉(zhuǎn)換的角度研究節(jié)目中boss團(tuán)和求職者在對(duì)話中所體現(xiàn)的權(quán)勢關(guān)系。本文主要有三個(gè)研究問題:一,分析《非你莫屬》中話輪轉(zhuǎn)換的特點(diǎn);二,研究boss團(tuán)和求職者在話輪轉(zhuǎn)換策略使用上的差異;三,探討上述話輪轉(zhuǎn)換的特點(diǎn)及話輪轉(zhuǎn)換策略的差異反映出怎樣的權(quán)勢關(guān)系。 研究結(jié)果表明,在話輪建構(gòu)方面,boss團(tuán)的話輪一般多于求職者,而求職者的話輪一般長于boss團(tuán);在話輪分布方面,一般由boss團(tuán)將話輪分配給求職者或是boss團(tuán)自我選擇而獲得話輪;在話輪轉(zhuǎn)換策略上,boss團(tuán)經(jīng)常奪取話輪和出讓話輪,而求職者多使用把持話輪;上述話輪轉(zhuǎn)換的特點(diǎn)及話輪轉(zhuǎn)換策略的差異反映了對(duì)話者之間的地位懸殊,boss團(tuán)是掌握權(quán)力的一方,他們制控著現(xiàn)場招聘的整個(gè)會(huì)話過程,決定著求職者該如何表現(xiàn),并對(duì)他們的表現(xiàn)作出評(píng)論。求職者和boss團(tuán)之間的不平等權(quán)勢關(guān)系可以從兩方面解釋,一是求職節(jié)目的交際目的,二是節(jié)目參與者的社會(huì)身份。 本文旨在揭示職場類真人秀節(jié)目中的權(quán)勢關(guān)系,以期豐富和發(fā)展對(duì)職場類真人秀節(jié)目的相關(guān)研究并為參與節(jié)目的雙方提供一定指導(dǎo),促進(jìn)雙方更和諧、有效地交流。
[Abstract]:Reality TV shows are programs that have been recorded and broadcast since the 20th century when ordinary people, not actors, perform according to the rules of the game, show who they really are. This novel television program has gradually taken the lead in the global television world and has become a competitive audience contender. It is a large professional reality show launched by Tianjin Satellite TV in October 2010. Each issue consists of 12 boss executives to recruit four job seekers from all over the country. The theoretical basis of this paper is the turn-over system proposed by Sacks, Schegloff and Jefferson. And briefly introduces the domestic and foreign research on this kind of programs. This study selects six episodes of "you are not your" as the corpus for data analysis, and adopts the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to the selected corpus. This paper attempts to study the power relationship between boss groups and job seekers in the dialogue from the perspective of turn-switching. There are three main research questions in this paper: first, analyzing the characteristics of turn-switching in "you are not your own"; second, This paper studies the differences in the use of turn-switching strategies between boss groups and job seekers. Thirdly, it discusses the characteristics of turn-switching and the power relationship reflected by the differences in turn-switching strategies. The results show that the number of boss groups is generally more than that of job seekers, while that of job seekers is longer than that of boss groups. In general, the boss group assigns the round to the job seeker or the boss group to obtain the round, and the boss group often takes the round and the transfer round, and the job seeker often uses the control wheel. The characteristics of the turn-switching and the differences in the strategy of turn-switching reflect that the dialoguers have great differences in status and the boss group is the power side. They control the whole process of the on-the-spot recruitment and determine how the job seekers should behave. The unequal power relationship between job seekers and boss groups can be explained from two aspects, one is the communicative purpose of job-seeking programs, the other is the social identity of program participants. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the power relationship in the workplace reality show, with a view to enriching and developing the relevant research on the workplace reality show and providing some guidance for both parties to participate in the program, and to promote more harmonious and effective communication between the two sides.
