【摘要】：商務(wù)信函主要作為從事商業(yè)的組織之間,或者是商業(yè)組織和其服務(wù)的客戶之間等,進(jìn)行外部聯(lián)系時(shí)使用的,一種較為正式的書面文體,其多被用于聯(lián)系商業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)、進(jìn)行商務(wù)洽談、溝通商務(wù)事宜等；由于文化背景與語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)的差異,英文商務(wù)信函與中文商務(wù)信函在寫作模式(文體)上存在著一定的差異。本文主要從文體學(xué)的角度,運(yùn)用文體分析的方法來(lái)研究中英文商務(wù)信函的不同,對(duì)其詞匯特征、句法的特征、篇章結(jié)構(gòu)的特征,逐一進(jìn)行分析與比較,中文商務(wù)信函與英文商務(wù)信函雖然在篇章的結(jié)構(gòu)形式上相仿,但是,對(duì)用不同的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境與語(yǔ)用環(huán)境下二者功能差異很大,因此其文體特征差異也很大。本篇論文首先分析了中英文商務(wù)信函各自的研究現(xiàn)狀、中英文商務(wù)信函相關(guān)寫作理論研究,然后從中英文商務(wù)信函的詞匯特征、句法特征、篇章結(jié)構(gòu)、會(huì)話含意、禮貌原則、言語(yǔ)行為、稱謂語(yǔ)等七方面進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,最后從分析對(duì)比中得出關(guān)于中英文商務(wù)信函寫作的幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:Business letters are mainly used for external communication between organizations engaged in business, or between commercial organizations and their clients, a more formal written style, which is often used to contact commercial business. There are some differences between English business letters and Chinese business letters in writing mode (style) due to the differences of cultural background and language characteristics. The stylistic analysis is used to study the differences between Chinese and English business letters. The lexical, syntactic and textual features are analyzed and compared one by one. Although the structure of Chinese business letter is similar to that of English business letter, the function of Chinese business letter is quite different from that of English business letter in different linguistic and pragmatic environments. Therefore, the stylistic characteristics of Chinese and English business letters are also very different. This paper first analyzes the present situation of Chinese and English business letters, studies the relevant writing theories of Chinese and English business letters, and then analyzes the lexical and syntactic features of Chinese and English business letters. The text structure, conversational implicature, politeness principle, speech act, address language and so on are compared and analyzed. Finally, some suggestions on the writing of Chinese and English business letters are drawn from the analysis and comparison.
