【摘要】：在微觀的角度上,雖然立法文本的語篇在銜接手段上表現(xiàn)出一些自己獨有的特點,但其整體上仍然是連貫的。從宏觀上看,立法文本語篇雖然努力地使用一些銜接手段,以維持立法文本語篇在整個篇章上的連貫,但這種努力最終是失敗的,立法文本無法在整體上的破碎感增加人們認知困難,使閱讀過程中的"認知損耗"增加。立法文本的這種特性使立法文本具有某些超文本的性質。
[Abstract]:From a micro perspective, although the text of the legislative text shows some unique features in cohesive devices, it is still coherent in its entirety. From the macro point of view, the text of the legislative text makes great efforts to use some cohesive devices. In order to maintain the coherence of the legislative texts throughout the text, however, this effort was ultimately unsuccessful, and the sense of fragmentation of the legislative texts did not increase the cognitive difficulties of the people. The "cognitive loss" in the process of reading is increased. This feature of legislative texts makes legislative texts have some supertext properties.
