【摘要】：采用美國著名跨文化交際學(xué)者Starosta和Chen Guoming教授設(shè)計(jì)的跨文化敏感度測試量表以及自行設(shè)計(jì)的跨文化交際能力測試問卷分別對西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)外語學(xué)習(xí)者(包括教師、學(xué)生、管理人員)進(jìn)行調(diào)查測試,結(jié)果表明:(1)該校外語學(xué)習(xí)者沒有充分掌握英語國家的相關(guān)文化背景知識,而且他們的跨文化交際能力有所欠缺;(2)跨文化敏感度和跨文化交際能力之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系較為密切;(3)在跨文化敏感度五個因素中,外語學(xué)習(xí)者的交際參與度呈現(xiàn)出最強(qiáng),而交際愉悅感最弱。外語學(xué)習(xí)者的交際參與度和交際信心比交際關(guān)注度、交際愉悅感和差異認(rèn)同感高,而交際參與度比其他四項(xiàng)都高。
[Abstract]:Using Starosta and Chen, famous American Intercultural Communicators. The cross-cultural sensitivity test scale designed by Professor Guoming and the self-designed cross-cultural communicative competence test questionnaire were applied to foreign language learners at Northwestern University of Agriculture and Forestry Science and Technology (. Including teachers. The results show that the foreign language learners in the school do not fully grasp the relevant cultural background knowledge of the English-speaking countries, and their intercultural communicative competence is deficient; (2) there is a close correlation between intercultural sensitivity and intercultural communicative competence; Among the five factors of cross-cultural sensitivity, the communicative participation of foreign language learners is the strongest, while the communicative pleasure is the weakest. Foreign language learners pay more attention to communication participation and confidence than to communication. Communicative pleasure and differential identity are higher, and communicative participation is higher than the other four.
