近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)市場(chǎng)價(jià)格研究

【摘要】:近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)在中國(guó)藝術(shù)品的拍賣(mài)中占據(jù)著最重要的地位。其成交額近幾年來(lái)大約都占藝術(shù)品拍賣(mài)總成交額的百分之八十左右,其拍賣(mài)市場(chǎng)在過(guò)去的五年中迅速發(fā)展,給研究者提出了許多研究課題。目前這些課題的研究還很少,不能滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)的需要,本文的研究就是為了滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)的迫切需要。 前言主要談選題及其意義,研究的理論基礎(chǔ)、研究方法和論文的基本結(jié)構(gòu)框架。 第一章探討了拍賣(mài)交易的功能和藝術(shù)品拍賣(mài)的特點(diǎn),作為研究近現(xiàn)代國(guó)畫(huà)的拍賣(mài)價(jià)格的基礎(chǔ)。拍賣(mài)是一種非常適合絕對(duì)價(jià)值難以量化的商品的交易方式,拍賣(mài)在近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)的交易中起著決定性的作用。 第二章描述了近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)市場(chǎng)的特征、近年來(lái)的發(fā)展以及其對(duì)拍賣(mài)市場(chǎng)的影響。近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)市場(chǎng)主要由民間個(gè)人交易市場(chǎng)、畫(huà)廊市場(chǎng)和拍賣(mài)市場(chǎng)三個(gè)方面構(gòu)成。這三個(gè)市場(chǎng)呈現(xiàn)出明顯的梯級(jí)分布特點(diǎn),而拍賣(mài)市場(chǎng)正是處于最高的位置上,它一方面以其他的市場(chǎng)為基礎(chǔ),另一方面也引領(lǐng)著近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的潮流。 第三章研究了近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展和特征,對(duì)近現(xiàn)代國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)價(jià)格的未來(lái)做出分析。中國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展和中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展關(guān)系十分密切,直接影響其的因素為國(guó)內(nèi)富裕階層的增長(zhǎng),國(guó)內(nèi)文化潮流的走向,社會(huì)閑散資金的總量,個(gè)人和民營(yíng)企業(yè)投資渠道的多寡等。近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)的市場(chǎng)供給基本平穩(wěn),但市場(chǎng)需求隨著社會(huì)的富裕程度和藝術(shù)欣賞水平的提高而增加,國(guó)內(nèi)近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)市場(chǎng)價(jià)格仍將維持向上的走勢(shì)。 第四章借鑒資產(chǎn)評(píng)估的理論和方法,根據(jù)近現(xiàn)代國(guó)畫(huà)的實(shí)際特點(diǎn),對(duì)市場(chǎng)價(jià)格法在近現(xiàn)代國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)中的具體應(yīng)用條件和近現(xiàn)代國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)價(jià)格市場(chǎng)法評(píng)估的程序進(jìn)行了研究,提出了一套近現(xiàn)代國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)估價(jià)的方法,并且用實(shí)證的方法研究了市場(chǎng)價(jià)格法和專(zhuān)家估價(jià)法在國(guó)畫(huà)實(shí)際估價(jià)中的效果,從而用事實(shí)證明了市場(chǎng)價(jià)格法在近現(xiàn)代國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)中的作用。 第五章探討了近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)價(jià)格指數(shù)的編制和應(yīng)用。在研究了目前國(guó)內(nèi)藝術(shù)品拍賣(mài)價(jià)格指數(shù)和近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)話的基礎(chǔ)上,本章指出了目前指數(shù)在反映近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)價(jià)格方面的局限性和不足,并且用改進(jìn)的算法編制了一套近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)的價(jià)格指數(shù)。借助這個(gè)價(jià)格指數(shù)體系提供的信息,本章分析了近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)拍賣(mài)市場(chǎng)價(jià)格的表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的特點(diǎn),為收藏和投資近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)畫(huà)提供了有價(jià)值
[Abstract]:Modern Chinese painting occupies the most important position in the auction of Chinese art. Its turnover accounts for about 80% of the total volume of art auctions in recent years, and its auction market has developed rapidly in the past five years, which has put forward a lot of research topics for researchers. At present, the research of these topics is still very few, can not meet the needs of the market, the research in this paper is to meet the urgent needs of the market. The preface mainly discusses the topic selection and its significance, the theoretical basis of the research, the research method and the basic structure frame of the thesis. The first chapter discusses the function of auction transaction and the characteristics of art auction, which is the basis of studying the auction price of modern Chinese painting. Auction is very suitable for the absolute value of difficult to quantify the trade mode of goods, auction in the modern Chinese painting trade plays a decisive role. The second chapter describes the characteristics of modern Chinese painting market, its development in recent years and its impact on auction market. Modern Chinese painting market mainly consists of private individual trading market, gallery market and auction market. These three markets have obvious characteristics of cascade distribution, and auction market is in the highest position. On the one hand, it is based on other markets, on the other hand, it also leads the trend of the development of modern Chinese painting market. The third chapter studies the development and characteristics of modern Chinese painting auction market, and analyzes the future of the auction price of modern Chinese painting. The development of Chinese painting auction market is closely related to the development of Chinese economy, which is directly influenced by the growth of the rich class in China, the trend of domestic cultural trend, and the total amount of idle funds in society. This paper puts forward a set of evaluation methods of modern Chinese painting auction, and studies the effect of market price method and expert valuation method in the actual evaluation of traditional Chinese painting by empirical method. Thus, it proves the function of market price method in the auction of modern Chinese painting. The fifth chapter discusses the compilation and application of price index of modern Chinese painting auction. On the basis of studying the price index of domestic art auction and the modern Chinese language, this chapter points out the limitation and deficiency of the current index in reflecting the auction price of modern Chinese painting. And use the improved algorithm to compile a set of modern Chinese painting auction price index. With the help of the information provided by the price index system, this chapter analyzes the characteristics of the market price of modern Chinese painting auction, which provides valuable value for collecting and investing in modern Chinese painting.
