【摘要】：通過調(diào)研高等院校藝術(shù)專業(yè)教師的思政現(xiàn)狀、基層黨建、黨員數(shù)量和質(zhì)量,以及教育管理現(xiàn)狀,探析藝術(shù)專業(yè)教師和基層黨組織現(xiàn)存的新情況、新問題,結(jié)合高校黨建時代新要求,提出藝術(shù)專業(yè)教師思政教育管理的新對策。
[Abstract]:By investigating the ideological and political status of art teachers in colleges and universities, the party building at the grass-roots level, the quantity and quality of party members, and the current situation of education management, the paper explores the new situation and problems existing by art teachers and grass-roots party organizations. According to the new requirements of the Party building era in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some new countermeasures for the ideological and political education management of art teachers.
