【摘要】：隨著教育國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的加速,作為人文教育基本特性的藝術(shù)教育正進(jìn)行著世界性的交流與發(fā)展。如何建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的藝術(shù)教育師資隊(duì)伍,提升藝術(shù)教育教師的科研水平,加強(qiáng)藝術(shù)教師執(zhí)教能力,促進(jìn)藝術(shù)學(xué)科的建設(shè)發(fā)展是當(dāng)前藝術(shù)院系面臨的重要課題。本文從教育國(guó)際化視角出發(fā),通過(guò)高校,特別是綜合性大學(xué)藝術(shù)教育師資現(xiàn)狀,指出存在問(wèn)題,提出建設(shè)具有國(guó)際化視野的藝術(shù)教育師資隊(duì)伍構(gòu)想,為藝術(shù)教育發(fā)展提供一些思路。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the internationalization of education, the art education, which is the basic characteristic of humanistic education, is undergoing worldwide communication and development. How to build a high-quality teaching staff of art education, improve the scientific research level of art education teachers, strengthen the teaching ability of art teachers and promote the construction and development of art disciplines are the important issues facing art colleges and departments at present. From the perspective of internationalization of education, this paper points out the existing problems through the present situation of art education teachers in colleges and universities, especially in comprehensive universities, and puts forward the idea of constructing the teaching staff of art education with international vision. To provide some ideas for the development of art education.
