【摘要】：舉世矚目的中國國家大劇院建成在即,但它的性質(zhì)和管理模式至今仍沒有定論。本文通過介紹世界著名劇院——法國巴黎歌劇院在管理體制、機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、人員編制、經(jīng)費(fèi)和節(jié)目制作等方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和做法,結(jié)合中國在文化政策和藝術(shù)管理上的實(shí)際情況,簡(jiǎn)要論述了中國國家大劇院在將來的經(jīng)營管理中應(yīng)遵循的原則和應(yīng)采取的做法:在管理體制上堅(jiān)持公益性原則,在經(jīng)營活動(dòng)中走企業(yè)發(fā)展的道路,在節(jié)目安排上堅(jiān)持高質(zhì)量、高品位的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過嚴(yán)格的管理、優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)、高水平的節(jié)目和低廉的票價(jià)使中國國家大劇院成為一座真正的藝術(shù)殿堂。
[Abstract]:The construction of China National Grand Theater is imminent, but its nature and management mode are still uncertain. This paper introduces the experiences and practices of the world-famous theatre, the Paris Opera House of France, in the aspects of management system, institutional setup, staffing, funding and program production, and combines the actual situation of China's cultural policy and art management. This paper briefly discusses the principles and measures to be followed in the future operation and management of China's National Grand Theater: adhering to the principle of public welfare in the management system, following the road of enterprise development in the course of management, and insisting on the high quality of the program arrangement. High-grade standards, through strict management, quality service, high level programs and low fares make China National Theatre a true art palace.
