【摘要】：最近,藝術(shù)品份額作為一種新的金融創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品而受到人們的關(guān)注,在產(chǎn)品推出之初,其價(jià)格經(jīng)歷著大漲大跌。針對(duì)此現(xiàn)象,本文首先對(duì)藝術(shù)品份額概念及影響份額價(jià)格波動(dòng)的市場(chǎng)供求、藝術(shù)品標(biāo)的物價(jià)值這兩個(gè)市場(chǎng)因素進(jìn)行理論分析。在此理論基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合天津市文化藝術(shù)品交易所案例,分析其現(xiàn)象背后的成因,并針對(duì)當(dāng)前剛剛起步的藝術(shù)品份額市場(chǎng)存在的問(wèn)題提出若干建議。
[Abstract]:Recently, the share of art as a new financial innovation product has attracted people's attention. At the beginning of its launch, its price has experienced a great rise and fall. In view of this phenomenon, this paper first makes a theoretical analysis of the concept of art share and the market supply and demand that affect the fluctuation of market share price, and the value of the subject matter of art. On the basis of this theory, this paper analyzes the causes behind the phenomenon of Tianjin Cultural and Art Exchange, and puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the market of art shares that have just started.
