[Abstract]:This paper is a qualitative study of literary translation criticism, aiming at clarified the theoretical problem of literary translation criticism.
Literary translation is an important part of translation, and the study of literary translation is of great theoretical value. However, a more common phenomenon is that people often default on translation studies into literary translation studies, thus confusing the difference between translation studies and literary translation studies. Similarly, there are similar problems in the field of Literary Translation criticism. That is, people tend to defaults translation criticism into literary translation criticism. The data collected at present show that most of the research has been focused on the internal system of translation criticism. Yang Xiaorong, Wang Enmian, Zheng Hailing, Peter Newmark, Berman and other studies on the nature of translation criticism, types, functions, standards, methods and so on, have preliminarily constructed the basic theoretical framework for translation criticism.
The book of literary translation criticism of Xu Jun, as an early theoretical work with the name of "literary translation criticism" in China, embodies the accuracy of the study and plays a demonstration role in the research in this field. He discussed some basic problems of literary translation criticism in the book, and criticized it with practice.
