基于積極心理學(xué)的發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療研究

【摘要】:藝術(shù)治療是以藝術(shù)活動為媒介,以心理理論和藝術(shù)理論為理論基礎(chǔ),通過治療師、求助者和藝術(shù)作品三者關(guān)系的交互作用,,達(dá)到緩和情緒沖突、促進求助者身心和諧、人格完善、以及潛能開發(fā)的心理服務(wù)活動。由于目標(biāo)不同,藝術(shù)治療又分為治療性藝術(shù)治療和發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療。治療性藝術(shù)治療是對問題行為和心理疾病的矯正,主要對象是那些患有精神或心理性疾病的人。發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療則是面向所有人的、以促進個體身心和諧與健康發(fā)展為目標(biāo)的藝術(shù)治療方法。發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療立足于人格成長的終生過程,期望通過自由的藝術(shù)活動讓個體人理解自我內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)以及自我與環(huán)境的關(guān)系,提高其自我發(fā)現(xiàn)、自我領(lǐng)悟和自我整合意識的同時,使其固有的天賦和獨特性得到合理的、有建設(shè)性的開發(fā)。發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療立足于個體既有積極品質(zhì)的開發(fā),它的理念和治療原則正是現(xiàn)代積極心理學(xué)所倡導(dǎo)的。 積極心理學(xué)即利用目前心理學(xué)比較完善和有效的實驗方法與測量手段,研究人類的力量和美德的心理學(xué)思潮。積極心理學(xué)不滿意既有心理學(xué)研究中的以關(guān)注疾病為宗旨的研究傾向和治療理念,堅信:人的生命系統(tǒng)具有自我和諧、自我與環(huán)境和諧的調(diào)節(jié)機制,其中既存在著形形色色的沖突,也有自我領(lǐng)悟、自我調(diào)節(jié)和自我完善的成長能力;因而心理學(xué)應(yīng)當(dāng)致力于探索人類固有的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)和開發(fā)這些優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)的方法與影響因素,并運用這些方法與因素幫助人們確立積極的個性品質(zhì)和行為習(xí)慣,使其有能力實現(xiàn)自我以及自我與環(huán)境的和諧,讓自己的生活變得更幸福、快樂、健康以及更有意義。 積極心理學(xué)繼承了傳統(tǒng)心理學(xué)理論與研究方法的合理成分,又在研究對象、研究目標(biāo)以及研究方法等方面實現(xiàn)了超越。其對人性的理解與尊重,其關(guān)于人是一個完整的、且具有成長發(fā)展動力和自調(diào)節(jié)機制的理念及其心理治療原則等,和本文所探討的現(xiàn)代發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療有異曲同工之妙,是現(xiàn)代發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療最重要的理論基礎(chǔ)之一。本文在梳理了發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療與積極心理學(xué)基本理論基礎(chǔ)上,主要從人文主義的學(xué)科立場,分析了發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療與積極心理學(xué)之間的關(guān)系,目的在于厘清發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療的理念在于積極心理學(xué),并對基于積極心理學(xué)的發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療加以應(yīng)用研究和反思。 全文主要包括三個部分:第一部主要介紹了發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療的內(nèi)涵、必要性以及意義。第二部分主要討論積極心理學(xué)內(nèi)涵及相關(guān)理論,以及積極心理學(xué)在現(xiàn)實中的應(yīng)用。第三部分?jǐn)M通過基于積極心理學(xué)的發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療理念,對發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療進行應(yīng)用和反思,并提出了對發(fā)展性藝術(shù)治療的展望。
[Abstract]:Art therapy is based on the theory of psychology and the theory of art, and through the interaction of the relationship among therapists, suitors and works of art, it can alleviate the emotional conflict and promote the harmony of the body and mind of the suitors. Due to different goals, art therapy is divided into therapeutic art therapy and developmental art therapy. Therapeutic art therapy is the correction of problem behavior and mental illness. Mainly for people with mental or psychological disorders. Developmental art therapy is for all. Art therapy aimed at promoting the harmonious and healthy development of individual body and mind. The developmental art therapy is based on the lifelong process of personality growth. It is hoped that through free artistic activities, individuals will understand the internal structure of themselves and the relationship between themselves and their environment so as to enhance their sense of self-discovery, self-comprehension and self-integration, and at the same time make their inherent talent and uniqueness reasonable. Constructive development. The developmental art therapy is based on the development of the positive quality of the individual, and its concept and therapeutic principles are precisely advocated by modern positive psychology. Positive psychology is to make use of the relatively perfect and effective experimental methods and measurement methods of psychology at present. Positive psychology is not satisfied with the research tendency and therapeutic idea of caring about disease in psychological research, and firmly believes that the life system of human beings has self-harmony. There are not only various conflicts, but also the ability of self-comprehension, self-regulation and self-perfection. Psychology should, therefore, devote itself to exploring the inherent good qualities of human beings and the methods and influencing factors involved in developing them, and using these methods and factors to help people establish positive personality traits and behavioral habits, Enable them to achieve self and self-environment harmony and make their lives happier, happier, healthier and more meaningful. Positive psychology inherits the reasonable elements of traditional psychological theory and research methods, and surmounts in research object, research goal and research method, etc. Its understanding and respect for human nature is a complete human being. And the concept of growth and development and self-regulation mechanism and the principles of psychotherapy are similar to the modern developmental art therapy discussed in this paper. It is one of the most important theoretical bases of modern developmental art therapy. This paper, on the basis of combing the basic theory of developmental art therapy and positive psychology, mainly from the standpoint of humanism. The relationship between developmental art therapy and positive psychology is analyzed in order to clarify that the concept of developmental art therapy lies in positive psychology and to apply and reflect on developmental art therapy based on positive psychology. The first part mainly introduces the connotation, necessity and significance of developmental art therapy. The second part mainly discusses the connotation of positive psychology and related theories. The third part is about the application and reflection of developmental art therapy based on positive psychology, and puts forward the prospect of developmental art therapy.
