【摘要】：正1997年亞洲金融危機(jī)爆發(fā),給全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展造成了很大的影響。為緩解金融危機(jī)所造成的重大壓力和巨大破壞,在接下來(lái)的近十年間,英國(guó)、美國(guó)、印度、日本、韓國(guó)等一些國(guó)家紛紛調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè),引導(dǎo)本國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)走出發(fā)展困境,并制定國(guó)家文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過(guò)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略來(lái)指導(dǎo)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,加大了文化產(chǎn)品的對(duì)外銷(xiāo)售、貿(mào)易,一定程度上增加了他們的外匯收入,幫助他們走出了金融困境。我國(guó)自1999年始,也逐步認(rèn)識(shí)到發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)促進(jìn)和實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)的國(guó)家利益所具有的重大意義,有意識(shí)地加快了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的
[Abstract]:In 1997, when the Asian financial crisis broke out, it had a great impact on the development of the global economy. In order to alleviate the great pressure and enormous damage caused by the financial crisis, in the next decade, Britain, the United States, India, Japan, Some countries, such as South Korea, have adjusted their industrial structure, developed cultural industries, guided their economies out of the difficulties of development, and formulated national cultural industry development strategies to guide the development of cultural industries through national strategies. Increased foreign sales and trade of cultural products, to a certain extent, increased their foreign exchange earnings and helped them out of their financial difficulties. Since 1999, It is also gradually recognized that the development of cultural industries has great significance in promoting and realizing the national interests of our country, and has consciously accelerated the development of cultural industries.
