【摘要】："腹壁站定"為呼吸控制的重要手段,但是在藝術(shù)語言發(fā)聲教學(xué)與實(shí)踐中一直未給予充分的重視。本文通過"腹壁站定"的深入研究,認(rèn)為"腹壁站定"是將腹式深呼吸吸入的氣息"鎖住",使得氣息深沉、氣息飽滿,并建立儲(chǔ)量充沛的"氣息庫"的重要途徑;"腹壁站定"還可以作為"氣息庫"的閘門在使用中調(diào)節(jié)控制氣息。"腹壁站定"的訓(xùn)練對(duì)提高學(xué)生的氣息控制能力,有著不可替代的作用,同時(shí)在使用氣息量大的藝術(shù)語言實(shí)踐中是不可或缺的技能。
[Abstract]:Abdominal wall determination is an important means of respiratory control, but it has not been paid enough attention to in the teaching and practice of artistic language vocalization. In this paper, through the deep study of "abdominal wall standing", it is considered that "abdominal wall standing" is an important way to "lock" the breath of abdominal deep breathing, make the breath deep and full, and set up abundant "breath storehouse". The abdominal wall station can also be used as a sluice to regulate the control breath in use. " The training of "standing on the abdominal wall" plays an irreplaceable role in improving the students' ability of breath control, and it is also an indispensable skill in the practice of using the large amount of breath in the art language.
