音樂訓(xùn)練對執(zhí)行功能的影響

【摘要】:盡管音樂訓(xùn)練影響許多認(rèn)知加工,但這種廣泛性影響背后的機制迄今仍不清楚。近年來,研究者認(rèn)為音樂訓(xùn)練的遷移效應(yīng)可能是通過執(zhí)行功能起作用。本文將執(zhí)行功能細(xì)分為抑制控制、工作記憶、認(rèn)知靈活性三個核心成分,考察音樂訓(xùn)練對這三個成分的影響以及執(zhí)行功能在音樂訓(xùn)練遷移效應(yīng)中的中介作用。研究結(jié)果表明,音樂訓(xùn)練對執(zhí)行功能不同成分的影響有不同特點。同時,前額葉結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的變化在音樂訓(xùn)練影響執(zhí)行功能的過程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。此外,關(guān)于執(zhí)行功能在音樂訓(xùn)練遷移效應(yīng)中的中介作用,目前研究還存在不一致的結(jié)果,未來研究應(yīng)采用多種技術(shù)手段深入探討這一問題。
[Abstract]:Although music training affects many cognitive processes, the mechanism behind this widespread effect remains unclear. In recent years, researchers believe that the transfer effect of music training may be through executive function. In this paper, the executive function is divided into three core components: inhibition control, working memory and cognitive agility. The effects of music training on these three components and the intermediary role of executive function in the transfer effect of music training are investigated. The results show that music training has different characteristics on different components of executive function. At the same time, the changes of prefrontal lobe structure and function play an important role in the process of music training affecting executive function. In addition, there are some inconsistent results on the mediating role of executive function in the transfer effect of music training, which should be explored by various technical means in the future.
