【摘要】：特殊音樂教育作為特殊教育與音樂教育的一門交叉學(xué)科,在當(dāng)代教育領(lǐng)域中的地位不可忽視,隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展、人文關(guān)懷不斷提升、教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展而不斷產(chǎn)生進(jìn)步,而教育事業(yè)常常忽略除正常接受教育的特殊群體,特殊人群作為社會的弱勢群體,更應(yīng)受到更多的關(guān)注與扶持。特殊教育的發(fā)展水平是衡量一個國家綜合實(shí)力的標(biāo)志之一,特殊音樂教育的發(fā)展與國家的發(fā)展息息相關(guān),成為了教育學(xué)者們的研究新課題。長久以來,我國對特殊教育以及它的下屬學(xué)科音樂教育特殊音樂教育的關(guān)注相對薄弱,拉薩地域坐標(biāo)位于我國西南方向,地處高原,環(huán)境的因素使得拉薩地區(qū)教育發(fā)展相對我國其他省市較為封閉,拉薩市的特殊音樂教育發(fā)展面臨重重困難,舉步維艱。但特殊音樂教育的發(fā)揚(yáng)與傳承勢在必行,越是在發(fā)展較為緩慢的國家及地區(qū),越是要更加的關(guān)注社會中的弱勢群體,才能更加快速的、有效的促進(jìn)拉薩及我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)、人文環(huán)境、教育的發(fā)展。本課題通過對拉薩地區(qū)的特殊音樂教育現(xiàn)狀及歷史,從理論與實(shí)踐兩個層面進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,找出拉薩地區(qū)特殊音樂教育發(fā)展所存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)及遇到的問題不足等當(dāng)前困境,對所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行逐步分析與研究,并提出相應(yīng)的解決辦法及對策。為拉薩市未來特殊音樂教育的發(fā)展之路提出一些新的思路與構(gòu)想,為拉薩市特殊音樂教育的改革提供參考,更加迫切的希望引起拉薩市相關(guān)教育及政府部門的重視,共同協(xié)力解決拉薩市特殊音樂教育現(xiàn)今為止出現(xiàn)的問題,以促進(jìn)相關(guān)理論知識的發(fā)展。本論文劃分為五個部分:第一部分為緒論,緒論是研究內(nèi)容相關(guān)情況的概述,從研究內(nèi)容的緣起入手,從選題的來源、研究目的、研究背景、研究方法等方面進(jìn)行了敘述;第二部分是對本文的主要研究內(nèi)容特殊音樂教育進(jìn)行學(xué)科定位以及界定。并闡述特殊音樂教育與其關(guān)聯(lián)學(xué)科之間的關(guān)系并簡單介紹了音樂治療學(xué)的應(yīng)用;第三部分介紹拉薩地區(qū)特殊音樂教育的歷史綜述與現(xiàn)今較有代表性的特殊學(xué)校及特殊受教育者接受特殊教育學(xué)習(xí)的個案案例,并根據(jù)調(diào)研所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)及考察資料進(jìn)行分析整理。主要從政府對特殊音樂教育的扶持與關(guān)注度、教師數(shù)量與質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)狀、音樂教學(xué)所需設(shè)備的現(xiàn)狀、音樂教育教材的配備現(xiàn)狀、特殊音樂教育的課程設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀等幾方面進(jìn)行闡述;第四部分是對特殊音樂教育的意義作用進(jìn)行總結(jié)與歸納。分別從特殊音樂教育的心理建設(shè)功能、特殊音樂教育的身體復(fù)健功能、特殊音樂教育的審美培養(yǎng)功能等三個方面來闡述特殊音樂教育的廣義與狹義價值意義功能;第五部分概述西藏拉薩市特殊音樂教育現(xiàn)今所存在的主要問題與對策研究。分為發(fā)現(xiàn)主要問題及問題的成因和促進(jìn)拉薩市特殊音樂教育發(fā)展的建議與對策三點(diǎn)來進(jìn)行贅述。
[Abstract]:Special music education, as an interdisciplinary subject between special education and music education, can not be ignored in the field of contemporary education. With the rapid development of the global economy, the continuous promotion of humanistic care, and the development of educational undertakings, the development of education has produced continuous progress. In addition to the special groups who receive normal education, the special groups should be paid more attention and support as the weak groups of the society. The development level of special education is one of the symbols to measure the comprehensive strength of a country. The development of special music education is closely related to the development of the country and has become a new research topic for educators. For a long time, our country's attention to special education and its subordinate subject music education has been relatively weak. Lhasa's regional coordinates are located in the southwest of China and on the plateau. The development of Lhasa education is relatively closed compared with other provinces and cities in Lhasa because of the environmental factors. Lhasa's special music education is facing many difficulties and difficulties. But the development and inheritance of special music education is imperative. The more slowly developing countries and regions, the more we should pay more attention to the vulnerable groups in society, in order to promote the economy of Lhasa and our country more quickly and effectively. Humanistic environment, the development of education. Based on the current situation and history of special music education in Lhasa area, this paper investigates and studies it from the two aspects of theory and practice, and finds out the weak links and problems encountered in the development of special music education in Lhasa area. This paper puts forward some new ideas and ideas for the development of special music education in Lhasa in the future, provides reference for the reform of special music education in Lhasa, and hopes more urgently to arouse the attention of relevant education and government departments in Lhasa.
