【摘要】：誕生自20世紀(jì)90年代的韓國(guó)k-pop流行音樂發(fā)展到今天,已經(jīng)憑借其獨(dú)特的魅力迅速開辟并占有了一片市場(chǎng),在世界范圍內(nèi)取得了一定的影響力,其中包括我國(guó)也深受影響。目前,風(fēng)格鮮明的韓國(guó)k-pop音樂流行程度之廣是顯而易見的,而如今韓國(guó)k-pop流行音樂文化的成功,不僅僅歸功于其不斷的融合與創(chuàng)新,其中韓國(guó)k-pop音樂產(chǎn)業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)、培養(yǎng)人才的模式也功不可沒,也正是因?yàn)轫n國(guó)努力做到了專業(yè)與商業(yè)相結(jié)合,才一步步向現(xiàn)在的狀態(tài)靠攏,并仍在持續(xù)發(fā)展中。本人通過閱讀資料書籍和觀看影視資料片等方面進(jìn)行整理和歸納,從韓國(guó)k-pop音樂的歷史和發(fā)展入手,分析韓國(guó)k-pop音樂產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點(diǎn),研究韓國(guó)k-pop音樂之所以推動(dòng)韓流文化發(fā)展,促進(jìn)消費(fèi)的原因,就其中音樂公司對(duì)k-pop藝人的選撥,培養(yǎng)管理,營(yíng)銷推廣等方面,進(jìn)行分析討論,希望對(duì)我國(guó)培養(yǎng)全面型音樂人才起到提示和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Born in 1990s, Korean k-pop music has been developed to today, which has rapidly opened up and occupied a market by virtue of its unique charm, and has gained some influence in the world, including our country. At present, the popularity of Korean k-pop music with its distinctive style is obvious. But today, the success of Korean k-pop music culture is not only due to its continuous integration and innovation, among which the Korean k-pop music industry operates. The talent training model has also contributed to South Korea's efforts to combine professional and business, step by step closer to the current state, and is still in the process of development. Through reading materials, reading books and watching film and television expansion, I analyze the characteristics of Korean k-pop music industry from the history and development of Korean k-pop music, and study why Korean k-pop music promotes the development of Korean culture. The reasons for promoting consumption are analyzed and discussed in the aspects of selecting, training, managing and marketing of k-pop entertainers in the music company, hoping to prompt and draw lessons from the cultivation of all-round music talents in China.
