【摘要】：正前不久,我應(yīng)邀到上海參加一個戲劇界的會議。會上,有位年輕的編劇為我打抱不平,說我的稿酬比同劇組的導(dǎo)演低得多,似有失公道,還希望我能夠為自己、也為同行盡量爭取一些公平的待遇。說起來,無論是報酬所得,還是職業(yè)發(fā)展,日常生活中的人們大體總是在夢想與選擇之間前行吧。而我成長的那個年代,卻不允許我為自己的夢想
[Abstract]:Not long ago, I was invited to Shanghai to attend a conference in the theatrical world. At the meeting, a young screenwriter complained for me, saying that my pay for manuscripts was much lower than that of the directors of the same crew. I also hoped that I could fight for some fair treatment for myself and for my peers as much as possible. Speaking of which, whether it's pay or career development, people in daily life are generally moving between dreams and choices. And when I was growing up, I wasn't allowed to dream for myself.
