Both of them carried out under the background of drama crisis at the time, theauthor hopes b them in view of their importance. By analyzing it not only can help us to present onthe forgotten history, contribute to understanding of the eighty s drama literature ideological trend, and canown existence view on some problems of troupe system.The full text main body is divided into three parts, the first part of the text is about overviews of thedrama in the eighty s crisis and the origin of "drama view of big discussion". The second part of the textis summarizing the content and the significance and effect of "drama view of big discussion" in the1980s ,the discussion mainly focused on the content of the different understanding of "drama" what wasdefined, the realistic and freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese painting and the "assumption", the"fourth wall", the audience questions ,and specific problems, such as drama nationalization andmodernization, the discussion offers the potential for the development of drama pluralistic symbiosis andsolid foundation. The third part of the text is bing the sources and the rheological of troupesystem in the 1980s and the condition of reform, and the reform of troupe system was failed to make pletely go out of the trouble, we can find reasons for cultural reflection and outlook.Key words: drama crisis, the drama view of big discussion, the reform
