【摘要】：在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展的今天,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)由商業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)的刺激和經(jīng)濟(jì)鏈條的中介,已成為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中迅速崛起的一個(gè)龐大的“產(chǎn)業(yè)群”。作為21世紀(jì)的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)和新興產(chǎn)業(yè),文化產(chǎn)業(yè)正在以全新的方式改變著中國(guó)文化建設(shè)和文化發(fā)展的形態(tài)。而戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一種特殊的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)中的一部分,時(shí)刻在文化領(lǐng)域中得到關(guān)注,無可置疑的是,戲劇文化最終形成戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果,而在戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的過程中明確政府所發(fā)揮的職能和作用,對(duì)于促進(jìn)我國(guó)戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,以及體現(xiàn)我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體實(shí)力和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響。 我國(guó)具有豐富的戲劇文化資源,但文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相對(duì)滯后,因此,發(fā)展戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)是戲劇文化今后的發(fā)展方向。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、經(jīng)濟(jì)文化一體化發(fā)展的背景下,中國(guó)當(dāng)代戲劇文化的發(fā)展必然要走產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的道路。戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一種特殊文化產(chǎn)業(yè)中的一部分,到底如何認(rèn)識(shí)它的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、意義及現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn),如何處理戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與政府的職能發(fā)揮的關(guān)系以及在戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中政府應(yīng)如何轉(zhuǎn)變其職能,如何采取正確的對(duì)策來引導(dǎo)、規(guī)范戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展等一系列問題,都將成為我們必須加以研究、處理和解決的主要問題。 本文從我國(guó)戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與政府職能的關(guān)系入手,對(duì)我國(guó)戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展及政府對(duì)其管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,從戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中政府的職能偏差及原因分析,提出本論文需解決的一系列問題,研究我國(guó)戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中政府的職能、作用,最后提出相關(guān)對(duì)策來正確引導(dǎo)和調(diào)控戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,從而給我國(guó)戲劇文化的繁榮和發(fā)展帶來更多的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),并加速我國(guó)戲劇產(chǎn)業(yè)更快、更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of knowledge economy, cultural industry has become a huge "industrial group" in the tertiary industry through the stimulation of business motive and the intermediary of economic chain. As a sunrise industry and a new industry in the 21st century, cultural industry is changing the form of Chinese cultural construction and cultural development in a new way. As a part of a special cultural industry, drama industry is always concerned in the field of culture. It is beyond doubt that the ultimate formation of drama culture is the inevitable result of social and economic development. In the course of the development of the drama industry, it is very important to clarify the functions and functions of the government in order to promote the healthy development of the drama industry of our country, and to reflect the overall strength and international competitiveness of the cultural industry of our country. Our country has abundant drama culture resources, but the development of cultural industry is relatively lagging behind, therefore, the development of drama industry is the development direction of drama culture in the future. Under the background of economic globalization and economic and cultural integration, the development of Chinese contemporary drama culture must follow the road of industrial development. As a part of a special cultural industry, how to understand the development trend, significance and current characteristics of drama industry? How to deal with the relationship between the development of the drama industry and the function of the government, how the government should change its functions in the course of the development of the drama industry, how to take the correct countermeasures to guide and standardize the development of the drama industry, etc. Will become the main problem that we must study, deal with and solve. Starting with the relationship between the development of Chinese drama industry and the functions of the government, this paper analyzes the development of the drama industry in China and the present situation of the government's management, and analyzes the deviation and reasons of the government's functions in the development of the drama industry. This paper puts forward a series of problems to be solved in this paper, studies the functions and functions of the government in the development of the drama industry in China, and finally puts forward some relevant countermeasures to guide and regulate the development of the drama industry correctly. Thus, it brings more opportunities and challenges to the prosperity and development of Chinese drama culture, and accelerates the development of Chinese drama industry faster and better.
