【摘要】: 隨著中國(guó)昆曲藝術(shù)、古琴藝術(shù)、新疆維吾爾族木卡姆藝術(shù)和中國(guó)與蒙古聯(lián)合申報(bào)的蒙古族長(zhǎng)調(diào)民歌先后入選聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織宣布的第一批、第二批、第三批“人類口頭和非物質(zhì)遺產(chǎn)代表作項(xiàng)目”名單;“中國(guó)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)成果展”于2006年元宵節(jié)在中國(guó)國(guó)家博物館展出引起強(qiáng)烈的社會(huì)反響;國(guó)務(wù)院2006年5月公布共包括518個(gè)項(xiàng)目的第一批國(guó)家非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄、2008年6月公布包括510個(gè)項(xiàng)目的第二批國(guó)家非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄和共計(jì)147項(xiàng)第一批國(guó)家級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)擴(kuò)展項(xiàng)目名錄;2006年6月10日我國(guó)迎來(lái)第一個(gè)“文化遺產(chǎn)日”等等,“非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)”這一概念已經(jīng)逐漸走近千家萬(wàn)戶,成為家喻戶曉的詞匯。 非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)是民族傳統(tǒng)文化的珍貴記憶,是值得人類倍加珍惜的精神財(cái)富,對(duì)于人類的生存和發(fā)展具有獨(dú)特的價(jià)值。保護(hù)和弘揚(yáng)優(yōu)秀的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),對(duì)弘揚(yáng)中華文化,建設(shè)中華民族共有的精神家園、增強(qiáng)中華文化的國(guó)際影響力具有重要的作用。 山東是中華文明的發(fā)祥地之一,在悠久的歷史發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,齊魯先民不僅留下了大量的物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),也創(chuàng)造了豐富燦爛的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),這都體現(xiàn)了齊魯文化的深刻內(nèi)涵,并成為齊魯文化不可缺少的重要組成部分,在全國(guó)乃至世界上均產(chǎn)生了重要影響,使我們至今為之驕傲。山東豐富的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)是齊魯兒女創(chuàng)造精神、辛勤勞動(dòng)、卓越智慧的結(jié)晶和體現(xiàn),是中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化具有頑強(qiáng)生命力的不朽薪火,是民族非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的瑰寶,為中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè)提供了極為重要的基礎(chǔ)資源。因此,加大對(duì)山東優(yōu)秀非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的發(fā)掘、研究和保護(hù)力度,既是我們建設(shè)社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化,全面構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,又是我們應(yīng)該擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)墓鈽s的歷史責(zé)任。 2006年,經(jīng)省市專家論證會(huì)的論證以及濟(jì)南市非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)專家評(píng)審會(huì)的評(píng)審,濟(jì)南市第一批共計(jì)43項(xiàng)市級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)出爐,山東大鼓作為濟(jì)南瀕危的傳統(tǒng)文化技藝位列其中。 作為非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)典型代表的山東大鼓不僅是山東人民的珍寶,更是全人類的寶貴財(cái)富,在世界文化寶庫(kù)中享有崇高的地位。山東大鼓本身所體現(xiàn)的文化要素備受世界的關(guān)注和重視,山東大鼓作為山東省非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的成功申報(bào)將會(huì)進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)山東大鼓的搶救、保護(hù)和傳承工作,并能全方位多角度的展示該藝術(shù)的豐富內(nèi)涵,進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮其在我省文化繁榮、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步中的作用。 山東大鼓有著悠久的發(fā)展歷史,音樂(lè)唱腔獨(dú)特,節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容蘊(yùn)藏著豐富的內(nèi)涵,地方色彩極其鮮明,它不僅直接促進(jìn)了山東快書(shū)的形成,同時(shí)對(duì)“喬派”河南墜子和西河大鼓等的形成與發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重大影響,具有極高的歷史文化價(jià)值。20世紀(jì)后期以來(lái),山東大鼓便漸漸走向衰落,現(xiàn)在只有少數(shù)演員還能演出,保護(hù)山東大鼓迫在眉睫。 本文主要從山東大鼓的瀕危現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)展開(kāi)研究,基于山東的基本情況,著力分析山東大鼓發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的各種問(wèn)題,重點(diǎn)尋找能使山東大鼓得以保護(hù)和開(kāi)發(fā)的解決方案。
[Abstract]:With the Chinese Kunqu art, the Guqin art, the Xinjiang Uygur Kum art and the joint declaration by China and Mongolia, the Mongolia ethnic long tune folk songs have been selected by the United Nations Educational, scientific and cultural organization, the first batch, the second batch and the third "human oral and non material heritage representative project" list; "China's intangible cultural heritage protection is formed." "Fruit Exhibition" showed a strong social repercussion on the Lantern Festival in China's National Museum on 2006. In May 2006, the State Council published the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list of 518 projects, and published a list of second national non material cultural relics including 510 projects in June 2008 and a total of 147 first batch of national non - national levels. The intangible cultural heritage is a precious memory of the traditional culture of the nation. To protect and carry forward the outstanding intangible cultural heritage, to carry forward the Chinese culture, to build the spiritual home of the Chinese nation, and to enhance the international influence of the Chinese culture. Play an important role.
Shandong is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization. In the long history of development, the Qilu ancestors not only left a lot of material cultural heritage, but also created rich and brilliant intangible cultural heritage, which all reflected the profound connotation of Qilu culture, and became an important part of Qilu culture, in the whole country and even the world. The rich non material cultural heritage of Shandong is the crystallization and embodiment of the spirit, hard work and excellent wisdom of the children of Qilu. It is the immortal fire of the Chinese traditional culture with strong vitality, a gem of the national intangible cultural heritage and a socialist language with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, increasing the excavation, research and protection of the outstanding intangible cultural heritage of Shandong is not only the realistic need of building a socialist advanced culture and building a comprehensive socialist harmonious society, but also a glorious historical responsibility that we should take.
In 2006, after the demonstration of the provincial and provincial experts' demonstration and the evaluation of the Ji'nan non material cultural heritage expert review conference, the first batch of Ji'nan city's 43 municipal non material cultural heritage was produced, and the Shandong drum was listed as the endangered traditional cultural skill in Ji'nan.
Shandong big drum, as a typical representative of the intangible cultural heritage, is not only a treasure of the people of Shandong, but also a precious wealth of all human beings. It enjoys a high position in the treasure house of the world culture. The cultural elements embodied in the Shandong drum itself are concerned and attached to the world, and the Shandong big drum is the success of the intangible cultural heritage project of Shandong province. The declaration will further promote the rescue, protection and inheritance of the Shandong drums, and can display the rich connotation of the art in a full range of angles, and further play its role in the cultural prosperity, economic development and social progress of our province.
Shandong big drum has a long history of development, unique music singing, the content of the program contains rich connotation, the local color is extremely bright. It not only directly promotes the formation of the Shandong express, but also has a great influence on the formation and development of the "Qiao school" Henan pendants and the big drum in the West River. It has a very high historical and cultural value.20. Since the late stage of the Shandong drum, it has gradually declined. Now only a few actors can perform. It is imminent to protect the Shandong drum.
This article is mainly from the endangered situation of Shandong drum. Based on the basic situation of Shandong, this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the development of the Shandong drum, and focuses on the solution to the protection and development of the big drum in Shandong.
