【摘要】： 上海話劇藝術(shù)中心建于1995年,是由原上海人民藝術(shù)劇院和上海青年話劇團合并而成。近年來,話劇中心通過體制改革,確立了制作人責(zé)任制和項目聘任制,調(diào)動了全體演職員的積極性,取得了良好的社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益,形成了“看話劇來安福路”、“做話劇來話劇藝術(shù)中心”等品牌效應(yīng)。話劇中心建立前,兩家劇院年演出收入不足百萬元,每年的事業(yè)收入二百多萬元。而如今(根據(jù)2009年年終統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)),上海話劇藝術(shù)中心年生產(chǎn)劇目33臺,年演出收入2140萬元,年事業(yè)收入達(dá)3540萬元,與組建初期相比,演出收入增長了21倍,事業(yè)收入增長了17.5倍。同時,上海話劇藝術(shù)中心制作演出的劇目不僅立足上海,而且走向全國,走出國門,近三年來每年在外省市演出達(dá)百余場次,還涉足美國、英國、俄羅斯、日本、韓國等十多個國家。 帶來如此巨大變化的最重要的原因是上海話劇藝術(shù)中心自1995年開始的體制改革。其核心內(nèi)容是制作人責(zé)任制和項目聘任制的確立。本文將通過對上海話劇藝術(shù)中心改革的深入分析,層層展開,論述其體制改革所帶來的影響,希望通過這篇論文為大型舞臺劇院團的管理模式改革提出一些建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the performance income of the two theatres has increased by 21 times , and the annual income of the industry has increased by 17 . 5 times . In the meantime , the production performance of the Shanghai drama center is not only based on Shanghai , but also to the whole country . It has played more than 100 performances annually in the provinces and cities . It also involves more than 10 countries such as the United States , the United Kingdom , Russia , Japan , Korea and the like .



The most important reason to bring such a great change is the institutional reform since 1995 . The core of this paper is the establishment of the responsibility system and the appointment system of the project . This article will discuss the influence of the reform of the Shanghai drama art center , and hope to make some suggestions for the reform of the management mode of the large stage theater corporation .
