【摘要】：信息時(shí)代為情報(bào)學(xué)的未來(lái)發(fā)展提供了廣闊的空間和機(jī)會(huì)。本文選取了白族的一項(xiàng)民間曲藝一大本曲為研究樣本,白族大本曲是一種特殊的復(fù)合型信息資源,以人為主要載體,以聲音、動(dòng)作、形象和技藝為表現(xiàn)手段,通過(guò)口傳心授的獨(dú)特方式傳承,白族的民族個(gè)性與民族審美習(xí)慣對(duì)大本曲的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展有重要影響,是一項(xiàng)瀕危的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)。本人在課題研究前期,研讀了情報(bào)學(xué)、民族學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),為課題展開(kāi)奠定了理論基礎(chǔ),在研究過(guò)程中進(jìn)行了廣泛的田野調(diào)查和研究,發(fā)放了大量調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,采訪了當(dāng)?shù)夭糠志用?收集了大量與大本曲相關(guān)的資料并進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì),分析出白族大本曲的價(jià)值所在,并利用了情報(bào)學(xué)的分析方法和技術(shù)對(duì)白族大本曲信息資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與保護(hù)的歷史和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究,總結(jié)出了已有的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和存在的問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)匕l(fā)展實(shí)際提出了保護(hù)和開(kāi)發(fā)白族大本曲的意見(jiàn)和建議,希望借助情報(bào)學(xué)的理念及與之配套的先進(jìn)的技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)民族信息資源的有效的采集、組織和利用,最終構(gòu)建民族信息資源保障體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)民族資源的多層次、多角度、多元化的開(kāi)發(fā)與保護(hù)。本文提出以情報(bào)學(xué)的視角來(lái)研究復(fù)合型民族信息資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與保護(hù),從個(gè)案研究入手,提出民族信息資源開(kāi)發(fā)的新模式,是情報(bào)學(xué)理論與實(shí)踐的創(chuàng)新,研究的目的在于保護(hù)不可再生的民族信息資源,促進(jìn)了民族文化的傳承、傳播與交流,同時(shí)通過(guò)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展帶動(dòng)民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,對(duì)其他民族地區(qū)民族信息資源的開(kāi)發(fā)和保護(hù)有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The information age provides broad space and opportunity for the future development of information science. With voice, action, image and skill as the means of expression, the Bai nationality's national personality and national aesthetic habits have an important influence on the production and development of Da Ben qu through the unique way of oral teaching. It is an endangered intangible cultural heritage. In the early stage of the research, I have studied the literature on information science, ethnology, computer science, communication science, sociology and management, which has laid a theoretical foundation for the development of the subject. In the course of the research, extensive field investigation and research were carried out, a large number of questionnaires were distributed, some local residents were interviewed, a large number of data related to Da Ben qu were collected and statistics were made, and the value of Bai nationality Dabenqu was analyzed. By using the analytical methods and techniques of information science, the history and present situation of the development and protection of the information resources of Bai nationality Dabenqu are studied, and the existing experience and existing problems are summarized. It also puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on the protection and development of Bai nationality Dabenqu in the light of the local development practice, hoping to realize the effective collection, organization and utilization of the national information resources with the help of the concept of information science and the advanced technology associated with it. Finally, the national information resources guarantee system is constructed to realize the multi-level, multi-angle and pluralistic development and protection of the national resources. This paper puts forward the research on the development and protection of the complex national information resources from the perspective of information science. Starting with the case study, this paper puts forward a new model for the development of national information resources, which is an innovation in the theory and practice of information science. The purpose of the research is to protect the non-renewable national information resources and to promote the inheritance, dissemination and exchange of national culture. At the same time, the development of cultural industry can promote the economic development of ethnic areas, which has some reference significance for the development and protection of national information resources in other ethnic areas.
