論文以原型批評(píng)理和符號(hào)學(xué)分析法為理論基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)美國(guó)當(dāng)代著名通俗小說(shuō)家史蒂芬．金的短篇小說(shuō)《麗塔．海華絲與肖申克的救贖》的形式(結(jié)構(gòu)，敘事)、人物，和主題進(jìn)行具體分析，以探討小說(shuō)在主體，人物和結(jié)構(gòu)方面的文學(xué)原型�！尔愃ＨA絲與肖申克的救贖》是其為數(shù)不多的非驚悚題材的小說(shuō)。該小說(shuō)一經(jīng)出版就大受歡迎，隨后被收錄在金的長(zhǎng)篇小說(shuō)集《四季》中，并與l995年被改編為電影《肖申科的救贖》而搬上銀屏。電影一經(jīng)公映便大受關(guān)注，并成為95年奧斯卡的獲獎(jiǎng)熱門(mén)影片。施蒂芬．金業(yè)亦憑此走上了他創(chuàng)作事業(yè)的高峰。一直以來(lái)對(duì)金的作品，應(yīng)該說(shuō)評(píng)論界還是很關(guān)注的，也有過(guò)很多對(duì)于《麗塔．海華絲與肖申克的救贖》的文學(xué)評(píng)論，但評(píng)論多重點(diǎn)與由其改變而成的電影《肖申科的救贖》。 本論文在運(yùn)用原型批評(píng)和符號(hào)學(xué)分析的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)小說(shuō)的文學(xué)原型進(jìn)行了具體深入的探討。論文分為五部分。第一部分概論主要介紹關(guān)于小說(shuō)《麗塔．海華絲與肖申克的救贖》的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述和原型批評(píng)及符號(hào)學(xué)分析的主要理論觀點(diǎn)和分析方法。第一章至第三章就小說(shuō)的人物主題和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析。 第一章運(yùn)用原型批評(píng)和符號(hào)學(xué)分析的具體方法分析了小說(shuō)的主要人物，討論了小說(shuō)人物方面的基督教...
