英國當代小說家兼批評家戴維·洛奇表現出對形式主義批評的情有獨鐘,其強烈的自覺意識使他在校園小說三部曲的創(chuàng)作過程中更加注重小說的結構形式。到目前為止,雖然對其校園小說藝術性的研究已取得了不少成果,但從轉喻與隱喻話語的角度對其進行研究尚未有涉及。洛奇深諳轉喻與隱喻話語理論,曾在理論著述中對其進行研究,從某種意義上說,他的小說便是他的轉喻與隱喻話語理論闡述的文本實踐。本論文以洛奇有關轉喻與隱喻話語理論的闡述為基礎,以最能代表洛奇創(chuàng)作成就的三部校園小說——《換位》、《小世界》和《美好的工作》——為研究對象,考察其中轉喻與隱喻話語模式的具體表現形式,并對這一話語模式如何有效地服務主題進行探討,以獲得對洛奇校園小說結構模式較為深入的認識。戴維·洛奇以轉喻與隱喻話語理論的藝術性運用這一獨特的方式書寫了他對世界的理解。本論文由五章組成。第一章主要對轉喻話語與隱喻話語的研究尤其洛奇在這一方面的研究進行梳理,并在考察了對洛奇校園小說研究現狀的基礎上,提出了用轉喻與隱喻話語這一理論對洛奇校園小說的結構模式進行分析的整體思路及其意義。第二章著重分析《換位》中所蘊含的轉喻與隱喻話語模式。結果發(fā)現,這部小說以轉喻...
