《野草在歌唱》的文學(xué)倫理學(xué)批評(píng)解讀

【摘要】：作為諾貝爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)的得主，多麗絲·萊辛是英國(guó)當(dāng)代文壇最杰出的多產(chǎn)作家之一。出版于1950年的《野草在歌唱》，是她的處女作。通過這部作品，萊辛揭示了20世紀(jì)30年代南非人們的生存困境。國(guó)內(nèi)外有眾多批評(píng)家從女性主義、后殖民主義、馬克思主義等角度對(duì)這部佳作進(jìn)行了解讀。本論文旨在在文學(xué)倫理學(xué)批評(píng)這一理論的指導(dǎo)下，分別從人與社會(huì)、人與他人、人與自我這三個(gè)層面的倫理關(guān)系出發(fā)，分析作品中蘊(yùn)含的道德倫理思想，進(jìn)而闡釋萊辛的倫理思想與人道主義精神。 《野草在歌唱》在人與社會(huì)這一關(guān)系層面上，體現(xiàn)了作者求真的倫理主張。通過對(duì)種族歧視和性別不平等的真實(shí)再現(xiàn)，暗含萊辛對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)弊端的批判。置身于如此的倫理環(huán)境下，瑪麗的悲劇命運(yùn)是不可避免的。萊辛想傳達(dá)的是，人與社會(huì)應(yīng)該建立一種和諧的關(guān)系，以利于個(gè)人更好的成長(zhǎng)。 《野草在歌唱》在人與他人這一關(guān)系層面上，反映了作者求善的倫理主張。在作品中，萊辛描寫了父母與子女、丈夫與妻子之間畸形的家庭倫理關(guān)系，給家庭成員帶來創(chuàng)傷。萊辛對(duì)人與他人之間和諧關(guān)系的高度關(guān)注，彰顯了她對(duì)真愛、尊重、理解和關(guān)愛這些不同形式的善的極力推崇。 《野草在歌唱》在人與自我這一最為內(nèi)在、最難探明的關(guān)系層面上，表明了作者求圣的倫理主張。萊辛通過分析女主人公瑪麗的心路歷程來展現(xiàn)人與自我關(guān)系的。正是由于瑪麗對(duì)自我倫理身份的不確定，最終她在殘酷的現(xiàn)實(shí)面前無法作出正確的倫理選擇從而逐漸迷失自我。但與此同時(shí)，小說也展示她尋覓自我的一面，，不幸的是，均以失敗告終。女主公追尋自我的歷程，也體現(xiàn)萊辛對(duì)自由、獨(dú)立和幸福的訴求。 本論文認(rèn)為運(yùn)用文學(xué)倫理學(xué)理論解讀《野草在歌唱》，為理解萊辛的這部小說提供一個(gè)嶄新的視角。通過對(duì)20世紀(jì)30年代南非扭曲的道德倫理思想的刻畫，表達(dá)了萊辛對(duì)建立人與社會(huì)、人與他人、人與自我這三種和諧的倫理關(guān)系的美好愿望。
[Abstract]:As the winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature, Doris Lessing is one of the most outstanding prolific writers in the contemporary British literary world. The Wild Grass singing, published in 1950, is her debut. Through this work, Lessing reveals the plight of South Africans in the 1930s. Many critics at home and abroad have interpreted this masterpiece from the perspectives of feminism, post-colonialism and Marxism. Under the guidance of the theory of literary ethics criticism, this thesis aims to analyze the moral and ethical thoughts contained in the works from the perspective of the ethical relationship between man and society, between man and others, between man and self, and from the point of view of the ethical relationship between man and society, between man and others, and between man and self. Then explain Lessing's ethical thought and humanitarianism spirit. The Wild Grass in singing embodies the author's ethical view of seeking truth on the level of the relationship between man and society. The reappearance of racial discrimination and gender inequality implies Lessing's criticism of social malpractice at that time. In such an ethical environment, Mary's tragic fate is inevitable. What Lessing wants to convey is that people and society should establish a harmonious relationship for the better growth of the individual. The Wild Grass in singing reflects the author's ethical opinion on the relationship between man and others. In his work, Lessing describes the malformed family ethical relationship between parents and children, husband and wife, which causes trauma to family members. Lessing's high concern for the harmonious relationship between people and others shows her strong appreciation of true love, respect, understanding and care for these different forms of goodness. The Wild Grass in singing demonstrates the author's ethical view of seeking saints on the most intrinsic and difficult level of relationship between man and himself. Lessing through the analysis of the heroine Mary's journey of heart to show the relationship between human and self. It was because of Mary's uncertainty about her self-ethical identity that she could not make the right ethical choice in the face of cruel reality and lost herself gradually. But at the same time, the novel also shows her self-seeking side, unfortunately, all ended in failure. Her quest for self reflects Lessing's desire for freedom, independence and happiness. This paper holds that applying the theory of literary ethics to unscramble the weeds in singing provides a new perspective for understanding Lessing's novel. Through the depiction of South Africa's distorted moral and ethical thoughts in the 1930s, this paper expresses Lessing's good wish for the establishment of three harmonious ethical relations: man and society, man and others, and man and self, which are harmonious relations between man and society, between man and others, and between man and self.
