【摘要】：杰克·倫敦被認(rèn)為是美國(guó)文學(xué)史上“20世紀(jì)初最引人注目的文學(xué)代表”。在他成名后的百年以來，學(xué)者們從各個(gè)不同角度解讀其作品。然而，海洋這一對(duì)杰克·倫敦影響深遠(yuǎn)的因素卻沒有得到足夠重視。本文擬選取這一視角來解讀杰克·倫敦的海洋小說《海狼》。 論文將通過細(xì)讀，采用心理學(xué)及文學(xué)研究的方式解讀《海狼》。文章首先介紹海洋在杰克·倫敦的生活和文學(xué)創(chuàng)作中的重要作用。海洋作為杰克·倫敦生活中的一個(gè)重要因素必然影響其創(chuàng)作。他的兩篇海洋小說《馬丁·伊登》和《海狼》以及關(guān)于南海諸島的故事都是以他的海上航行為創(chuàng)作源泉。同時(shí)，海洋作為其文學(xué)作品中的一個(gè)重要因素，在故事發(fā)展和作者思想表達(dá)方面都發(fā)揮著重要作用。在此基礎(chǔ)之上，文章對(duì)海洋在《海狼》這部作品中的功能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。 《海狼》中海的功能主要表現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面：故事中人物的塑造和故事情節(jié)的發(fā)展�！逗＠恰分械拿恳晃蝗宋锒寂c海洋有著密切聯(lián)系。船長(zhǎng)海狼拉森就是海洋創(chuàng)造的一個(gè)體力和智力都超群的人物，他的命運(yùn)也與海洋密切相連。雖然在他的海上王國(guó)里，他可以控制其他人，然而根據(jù)心理學(xué)研究，我們可以看到由于基本需要即生理需要，安全需要，，歸屬和愛的需要以及尊重需要得不到滿足，致使他所得出的生活哲學(xué)過于極端，最終葬身大海。同時(shí)，故事的敘述者兼故事中的人物凡·韋登意外地加入到了這次航行，種種冒險(xiǎn)經(jīng)歷使他獲得了進(jìn)一步成長(zhǎng)，他的身體和思想都經(jīng)歷了一次洗禮，從而造就了一個(gè)接近超人的形象。而船上的其他水手，他們的命運(yùn)也都由海洋這一特殊的世界及船員所遵守的規(guī)則而決定。在故事發(fā)展過程中，海洋首先提供了故事背景，而這一背景所決定的行為——追捕，則成了故事發(fā)展的助推器，從最初的以追捕海豹為目標(biāo)到船上成員之間的追捕，故事揭示了海上社會(huì)所遵循的叢林原則。同時(shí)，作品中與海洋相關(guān)的語(yǔ)言也是這部小說能夠歸屬于海洋文學(xué)的語(yǔ)言要素。
[Abstract]:Jack London is regarded as "the most remarkable literary representative in the early 20th century" in the history of American literature. In the hundred years since he became famous, scholars have interpreted his works from various angles. However, the sea, the influential factor for Jack London, was not given enough attention. This article chooses this angle of view to interpret Jack London's sea novel Sea Wolf. The thesis will read the Sea Wolf by the way of psychology and literature research. This paper first introduces the important role of the sea in Jack London's life and literary creation. As an important factor in Jack London's life, the ocean inevitably influences his creation. His two oceanic novels Martin Eden and Sea Wolf and the stories about the South China Sea Islands are based on his sailing at sea. At the same time, the ocean, as an important factor in its literary works, plays an important role in the development of the story and the expression of the author's thoughts. On this basis, the paper systematically studies the function of the ocean in the work of Sea Wolf. The functions of China Sea are mainly in two aspects: the portrayal of characters in the story and the development of the story plot, and each character in the Sea Wolf is closely related to the sea. Captain Larsen, the sea wolf, was a man of great strength and intelligence, and his fate was closely related to the sea. Although he can control other people in his kingdom of the sea, according to psychological research, we can see that the basic needs, namely, physical needs, security needs, the need for belonging and love, and the need for respect are not met. His philosophy of life was so extreme that he ended up in the sea. At the same time, the narrator and character of the story, Van Walden, unexpectedly joined the voyage, and his adventures gave him further growth, a baptism of both his body and his mind. Thus creating a close to Superman image. The fate of the other sailors on board was determined by the special world of the sea and by the rules of the crew. In the course of story development, the sea first provides the background of the story, and the behavior determined by that background-the pursuit, becomes the promoter of story development, from the initial goal of hunting seals to the pursuit between the members of the ship. The story reveals the jungle principles that society at sea follows. At the same time, the language related to the ocean is also the language element of the novel.
