【摘要】：英國女作家瑪格麗特·德拉布爾的作品主要關(guān)注知識女性的生存狀態(tài),折射女性面臨的各種艱難選擇,以此探討現(xiàn)代女性的出路。出版于2003年的《紅王妃》是一部在世界性跨文化背景下探索人類生存的文學(xué)作品。這部作品打破時空界限,進(jìn)行過去和現(xiàn)在的對話,對人類生存進(jìn)行探討。西方學(xué)者多從女性主義和現(xiàn)實主義角度評析德拉布爾作品的寫作主題,而國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對于《紅王妃》的研究更為少數(shù),且也都延續(xù)了西方的女性主義批評視角。本文將拋開常規(guī)的女性主義研究視角,著眼于德拉布爾通過此小說所進(jìn)行的人類生存本質(zhì)探索。 這一探討分為兩條主線同時進(jìn)行,相輔相成。其一是主題思想,在這部小說中,德拉布爾不再局限于探討女性生存,而將其視角提升到了整個人類的生存本質(zhì)。小說中所體現(xiàn)的荒誕的世界,人類的異化等觀點都與薩特的存在主義觀點相似；另一條主線是美學(xué)范疇,即敘事技巧。為了表現(xiàn)小說的存在主義主題思想,德拉布爾創(chuàng)造性地將小說的主題內(nèi)容與后現(xiàn)代敘事技巧結(jié)合在一起,這便是德拉布爾創(chuàng)作此書時匠心獨運之處。因此,本文將嘗試著從主題思想和敘事技巧兩方面出發(fā),分析探討二者之間的關(guān)系,以此說明德拉布爾在探索人類生存本質(zhì)這一核心主旨時,將其滲透入敘事技巧中,實現(xiàn)了主題與敘事的完美結(jié)合,同時暗含著一種希望。
[Abstract]:British female writer Margaret Drabble's works focus on the living conditions of intellectual women and reflect the difficult choices faced by women so as to explore the way out for modern women. Published in 2003, Princess Red is a literary work that explores the existence of human beings in a world-wide cross-cultural background. This work breaks the boundaries of time and space, carries on the past and the present dialogue, carries on the discussion to the human existence. Western scholars mostly comment on the writing theme of Drabble's works from the perspective of feminism and realism, while scholars at home and abroad have done less research on Princess Red, and both of them continue the perspective of feminist criticism in the West. This paper puts aside the conventional feminist perspective and focuses on Drabble's exploration of the nature of human existence through this novel. This discussion is divided into two main lines at the same time, complementary. One is the theme, in which Drabble is no longer confined to the study of women's existence, but raises his perspective to the essence of human existence as a whole. The absurd world and the alienation of human beings embodied in the novel are similar to Sartre's existentialism, and the other main line is the aesthetic category, that is, narrative techniques. In order to express the existentialist theme of the novel, Drabble creatively combined the theme of the novel with the post-modern narrative techniques, which is the originality of Drabble in the creation of this book. Therefore, this paper will try to analyze the relationship between the two from two aspects of theme thought and narrative technique, so as to explain that Drabble infiltrated the narrative technique when exploring the essence of human existence. It realizes the perfect combination of theme and narrative, and implies a kind of hope.
