【摘要】：菲利普·羅思可謂當今美國文壇地位最高的作家之一,但由于其作品主題多有爭議,批評界一直對其莫衷一是,迄今尚未有全面批評的專著出現(xiàn)。2013年,美國《紐約客》資深記者克勞蒂亞·羅思·皮爾蓬在《解放了的羅思:其人其作》中首次對菲利普·羅思人生經歷和寫作體驗進行了全面介紹和評論。本文通過研究此部傳記及羅思的相關作品,對皮爾蓬高超的傳記藝術、羅思獨特的創(chuàng)作倫理和狂放的生活藝術進行了探討,并試圖發(fā)現(xiàn)羅思數(shù)次與諾貝爾文學獎擦肩而過的原因,旨在為中國學界進一步研究這位文壇怪杰提供一個獨特的視角。
[Abstract]:Philip Roth is one of the highest-ranking writers in the United States today, but because of the controversial themes of his works, critics have been unable to agree on it, and there has not been a monograph of full-scale criticism so far in 2013. Claudia Roth Pilborne, a senior reporter of the New Yorker, introduced and commented on Philip Roth's life experience and writing experience for the first time in the liberated Roth: his works. By studying this biography and the related works of Roth, this paper probes into Peel Penn's superb biographical art, Roth's unique creative ethics and wild life art. It also tries to find out the reason why Roth missed the Nobel Prize for Literature several times in order to provide a unique perspective for Chinese scholars to further study this literary geek.
