【摘要】:美國族裔戲劇是美國戲劇的組成部分。研究美國華裔戲劇,有利于了解美國的族裔戲劇,進而了解美國戲劇的全貌。 美國華裔戲劇有許多跨文化的特點,因此,從跨文化的視角分析美國華裔戲劇作品,有助于了解中國戲劇對華裔戲劇的影響,并在他們的作品中找到對中國經(jīng)典作品的模仿以及大量中國文化元素的運用。同時也看到由于華裔群體作為離散族裔的特性,他們對一些問題的看法具有雙重視角。 華裔戲劇張家平是一個多才的美國華裔劇作家,他的作品多次獲得美國的各個獎項,享譽國際舞臺!吨袊鵁帷愤@部戲劇中張家平完美地結(jié)合了多種傳統(tǒng)和反傳統(tǒng)的元素使其成為了一部非常優(yōu)秀并引人入勝的作品。 在《中國熱》這部戲劇中,張家平展現(xiàn)了文化沖突,在形式上挪用了中國戲劇技巧,將中國戲劇與其他技巧結(jié)合創(chuàng)造出了新穎的實驗派戲劇。同時在《中國熱》這部戲劇也能看到他看待問題的不同視角,以及他的特殊的身份認同觀點。所以可以認為《中國熱》是一部跨文化作品。而對《中國熱》這部戲劇的分析,也能更好地理解跨文化視角,不論對研究張家平還是整個美國華裔戲劇研究,甚至是對整個美國族裔戲劇都有積極意義。 本論文分為六個章節(jié)來進行闡釋。 第一章主要介紹了研究的背景知識,包括美國華裔戲劇的產(chǎn)生的原因與發(fā)展的歷史以及一些主要美國華裔劇作家的介紹。張家平的生平和戲劇《中國熱》的創(chuàng)作情況也會在這一章有所介紹。 第二章主要解釋了跨文化視角的相關內(nèi)容,首先介紹了跨文化視角的定義以及發(fā)展情況,然后介紹了對比研究的方法。最后分析了以跨文化視角分析《中國熱》的意義。 第三章主要介紹了張家平在他的戲劇中如何挪用中國戲曲技巧,如對中國戲曲中唱、念、做、打的運用,以及對中國戲曲舞臺布置的模仿和對中國戲劇樂器的使用。并分析美國華裔劇作家對中國戲曲技巧挪用的原因,中國戲劇對美國華裔戲劇發(fā)展的影響。 第四章主要介紹了張家平通過對茶葉歷史的另類闡述,鴉片戰(zhàn)爭的拼貼描述以及對中國形象的重構(gòu),展示出他既與中國文化不同又與美國文化不同的跨文化視角,并分析產(chǎn)生這種不同的原因。 第五章主要總結(jié)了張家平的跨文化觀點,主要說明他對文化沖突所持的態(tài)度,以及張家平形成的獨特的“世界公民”的身份認同。 第六章主要是對整個論文的總結(jié),包括跨文化研究對美國華裔戲劇,中國文化以及中國的意義。并指出本論文存在的局限性以及在未來需要研究的問題。
[Abstract]:American ethnic drama is an integral part of American drama. The study of Chinese American drama is helpful to understand the ethnic drama of the United States, and then to understand the whole picture of American drama. Chinese American drama has many cross-cultural characteristics. Therefore, analyzing Chinese American drama works from a cross-cultural perspective is helpful to understand the influence of Chinese drama on Chinese drama. And in their works to find the imitation of Chinese classical works and the use of a large number of elements of Chinese culture. At the same time, it is also seen that the Chinese ethnic group as a discrete ethnic group has a dual perspective on some issues. Chinese drama Zhang Jiaping is a multi-talented Chinese American playwright. His works have won various awards in the United States. Famous on the international stage. Zhang Jiaping in the play "China Hot" perfectly combines a variety of traditional and anti-traditional elements to make it a very excellent and fascinating work. In "China fever", Zhang Jiaping displays the cultural conflict, diverts the Chinese drama skill in the form, and combines the Chinese drama with other skills to create the novel experimental drama. At the same time, the drama "China Hot" can also see his different perspectives on issues, as well as his special identity point of view. Therefore, it can be considered as a cross-cultural work. The analysis of the drama "China Hot" can also better understand the cross-cultural perspective. It is of positive significance to the study of Zhang Jiaping, the Chinese American drama as a whole, and even the whole American ethnic drama. This thesis is divided into six chapters to explain. The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the study, including the origin of Chinese American drama and the history of its development, as well as the introduction of some major Chinese American playwrights. Zhang Jiaping's life and the creation of the drama China Hot will also be introduced in this chapter. The second chapter mainly explains the relevant contents of cross-cultural perspective, first introduces the definition and development of cross-cultural perspective, and then introduces the method of comparative study. Finally, it analyzes the significance of Chinese fever from a cross-cultural perspective. The third chapter mainly introduces how Zhang Jiaping misappropriates Chinese opera techniques in his plays, such as the use of singing, reading, doing and playing in Chinese opera, as well as the imitation of Chinese opera stage arrangement and the use of musical instruments in Chinese drama. It also analyzes the reasons for the misappropriation of Chinese opera skills by Chinese American dramatists and the influence of Chinese drama on the development of Chinese American drama. The fourth chapter mainly introduces Zhang Jiaping's cross-cultural perspective which is different from both Chinese culture and American culture through the alternative elaboration of tea history, the collage description of the Opium War and the reconstruction of China's image. And analyze the causes of this difference. The fifth chapter summarizes Zhang Jiaping's cross-cultural view, mainly explains his attitude to cultural conflict and his unique "World Citizen" identity. Chapter six is a summary of the whole thesis, including the significance of cross-cultural research to Chinese American drama, Chinese culture and China. The limitations of this paper and the problems to be studied in the future are pointed out.
