【摘要】：短篇小說《這兒只有這種人:兒科腫瘤病區(qū)咿呀學(xué)語的兒童》是美國當(dāng)代優(yōu)秀小說家洛麗·摩爾代表作之一,講述了一位母親發(fā)現(xiàn)兩歲兒子尿片上有血并送去醫(yī)院診斷患有維姆腫瘤,從此開始在醫(yī)院陪伴兒子手術(shù)、治療并最終逃離醫(yī)院的惡魘般經(jīng)歷。亞瑟·W.弗蘭克在其著作中提出"醫(yī)學(xué)殖民"概念,并認(rèn)為在醫(yī)學(xué)殖民主導(dǎo)敘事下,病人必然會(huì)質(zhì)疑他們?cè)卺t(yī)學(xué)敘事中的位置,并進(jìn)行身份探尋。在《這兒只有這種人》中,母親就建構(gòu)一種反故事、反醫(yī)學(xué)殖民敘事,并通過反故事顛覆醫(yī)學(xué)意識(shí)形態(tài)體系中的病人的身份規(guī)定,從而為母親建立新的身份認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:Short story "this is the only person here: children in pediatric neoplasms" is one of the masterpieces of Lori Moore, the best contemporary American novelist.A mother who discovered blood on her 2-year-old son's diaper and was sent to the hospital for diagnosis of Wimm's tumor began to accompany her son in hospital to operate, treat and eventually flee the hospital.Arthur W.Frank put forward the concept of "medical colonization" in his works, and thought that under the dominant narrative of medical colonization, patients would inevitably question their position in medical narration and explore their identity.In only this kind of person here, the mother constructs a kind of counter-story, anti-medical colonial narrative, and subverts the patient's identity rules in the medical ideology system through the anti-story, thus establishing a new identity for the mother.
