【摘要】：《曼斯菲爾德莊園》作為簡·奧斯丁特定時期的作品,它的承上啟下的作用是不言而喻的。和簡·奧斯丁的其他作品比較而言,本書情節(jié)更為復雜,突發(fā)性事件更加集中,社會諷刺意味也更加濃重,更能代表簡·奧斯丁的藝術思想和藝術成就。 筆者通過對《曼斯菲爾德莊園》的文本細讀,探討作品中的女性人物強烈的女性意識,系統(tǒng)展開論述簡·奧斯丁文學創(chuàng)作中女性意識的發(fā)展歷程,從而凸顯《曼斯菲爾德莊園》在簡·奧斯丁女性思想發(fā)展過程中的重要性,同時再次肯定簡·奧斯丁為建立一種女性寫作傳統(tǒng)而作出的開拓性貢獻。 除“引言”和“結語”外,本文主體分為三部分。 文章的引言簡要歸納簡·奧斯丁的《曼斯菲爾德莊園》在文學史上的地位及研究現(xiàn)狀,提出本文的研究目的和研究意義。 正文第一部分試圖從簡·奧斯丁在創(chuàng)作《曼斯菲爾德莊園》時所處的歷史背景中來解析其作品中女性意識的現(xiàn)實文化意義。第二部分細讀《曼斯菲爾德莊園》,運用女性主義理論分析整部作品中女性形象的特點,體現(xiàn)其豐滿度與獨特性。第三部分將《曼斯菲爾德莊園》與簡·奧斯丁早期作品《理智和情感》、《傲慢與偏見》、《諾桑覺寺》和晚期的《愛瑪》、《勸導》進行比較分析,凸顯出《曼斯菲爾德莊園》中的女性意識特性,具體表現(xiàn)為女性在婚姻意識上由對愛情的物質方面的追求上升到對愛情的精神方面的追求；在審美意識上由對活潑熱情的女性的喜愛轉向對具有獨立思想的女性的鐘愛；在獨立意識上由丈夫獨權、妻子享樂到夫妻相敬如賓、共同進退。 結語部分再次強調《曼斯菲爾德莊園》在簡·奧斯丁的創(chuàng)作過程中的重要地位。簡·奧斯丁在以女性視角來探討社會問題的同時表達出特有的女性意識,她的創(chuàng)作在女性文學中占有極其重要的歷史地位,對后人有著很大的影響。
[Abstract]:Mansfield Abbey, as a work of Jane Austen's particular period, is self-evident. Compared with other works by Jane Austen, the plot of this book is more complex and the sudden events are more concentrated. Social satire is also more intense, more representative of Jane Austen's artistic thought and artistic achievements. By reading the text of Mansfield Abbey, the author probes into the strong female consciousness of the female characters in her works, and systematically discusses the development process of the female consciousness in Jane Austen's literary creation. Thus it highlights the importance of Mansfield Manor in the process of the development of Jane Austen's female thought, and reconfirms Jane Austen's pioneering contribution to the establishment of a tradition of female writing. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the main body of this paper is divided into three parts. The introduction summarizes Jane Austen's "Mansfield Manor" in the history of literature and the status quo of research, and puts forward the purpose and significance of this paper. The first part of the text tries to analyze the realistic cultural significance of female consciousness in her works from the historical background in which Jane Austen wrote Mansfield Abbey. Using the feminist theory to analyze the characteristics of the female image in the whole work, The third part compares Mansfield Abbey with Jane Austen's early works "reason and emotion", "Pride and Prejudice", "Northanger Temple" and later "Emma", "persuasion". It highlights the characteristics of female consciousness in Mansfield Manor, which is embodied in the rise of women's awareness of marriage from the material pursuit of love to the pursuit of the spiritual aspect of love. In aesthetic consciousness, the love of lively and enthusiastic women has changed to that of women with independent thoughts; in the sense of independence, it is the husband who has sole power, the wife who enjoys pleasure, the husband and wife who respect each other as guests, and advance and retreat together. The conclusion once again emphasizes the importance of Mansfield Manor in Jane Austen's creative process. Jane Austen expresses her unique female consciousness while exploring social problems from a female perspective. Her creation occupies an extremely important historical position in female literature and has great influence on later generations.
