【摘要】：張粲芳是美國華裔文學史上的重要作家之一,她于1956年發(fā)表的小說《愛的疆域》被認為是美國華裔文學史上的第一部小說。因其也兼為詩人和畫家,因此她的小說語言多富有詩意,呈現(xiàn)出唯美的畫面。這也正是張粲芳小說的獨特之處。然而由于各種原因,張粲芳的小說在國內(nèi)外未能得到廣泛的關(guān)注,致使對其小說的研究缺乏系統(tǒng)性和嚴謹性。 本論文以焦慮理論和新批評主義理論的視角對文本進行深度解讀,旨在揭示張粲芳小說《愛的疆界》中的焦慮主題和寫作手法,以此拓展讀者對張粲芳及其作品的深入了解。受焦慮理論的啟發(fā),本文通過重點關(guān)注小說中三個主要人物的不同焦慮情況,以此來探究他們焦慮的原因和尋求解決的辦法。通過文本的細讀分析,本論文認為小說中主要人物的焦慮同時也是張粲芳的焦慮,以此來重申張粲芳作為一個華裔的焦慮和一個作家的焦慮,而這正是作家對于人類終極價值的關(guān)懷。 本論文共分為六部分。第一章簡要介紹了張粲芳及其作品和國內(nèi)外文獻綜述。第二章借用保羅·蒂利希的焦慮理論,分析小說中三個主要人物的焦慮狀況。第三章分析小說中人物焦慮的原因,這一章主要從社會背景即戰(zhàn)爭導致的時代焦慮以及個人原因即模糊不確定的人際關(guān)系兩方面分析了小說人物焦慮的原因。第四章依據(jù)維克托·弗蘭克的“意義生活”的理論,闡述三個人物擺脫焦慮的不同的選擇。第五章介紹了張粲芳作為一個華裔作家的焦慮,以及這種焦慮所導致的作者小說寫作中對于焦慮主題、心理描寫和詩化語言的偏愛。而論文的結(jié)語則重點指出了論文的隱含意義以及當前研究的局限性和可尋求的發(fā)展空間及方向。
[Abstract]:Chang Chun-fang is one of the most important writers in the history of Chinese American literature. In 1956, her novel, the Territory of Love, was considered to be the first novel in the history of Chinese American literature. Therefore, her novel language is so poetic that it presents a beautiful picture. This is exactly what is unique in Zhang's novels. However, for various reasons, Zhang's novels have not received widespread attention at home and abroad. As a result, the study of his novels lacks systematicness and rigor. From the perspective of anxiety theory and neo-critical theory, this thesis attempts to reveal the anxiety theme and writing techniques in Zhang's novel the Boundary of Love. In order to expand the readers' in-depth understanding of Zhang Chun-fang and his works. Inspired by the anxiety theory, this paper focuses on the different anxiety situations of the three main characters in the novel. Through careful reading and analysis of the text, this paper thinks that the anxiety of the main characters in the novel is also the anxiety of Chang Chun-fang. In this way, Chang Chun-fang 's anxiety as a Chinese and a writer's anxiety is reiterated, which is the writer's concern for the ultimate value of human beings. This thesis is divided into six parts. The first chapter briefly introduces Zhang Chun-fang, his works and literature review at home and abroad. The second chapter is based on Paul Tillichi's anxiety theory. The third chapter analyzes the causes of the anxiety of the characters in the novel. This chapter analyzes the causes of anxiety in characters in terms of social background, the age anxiety caused by war, and personal reasons, namely vague and uncertain interpersonal relationships. 4th is based on Victor Frank's "Life of meaning" theory. Chapter 5th introduces Chang Chun-fang 's anxiety as a Chinese writer, as well as the theme of anxiety in the author's novel writing as a result of this anxiety. Psychological description and the preference of poetic language, while the conclusion of the paper mainly points out the implied meaning of the paper, the limitations of the current research and the development space and direction that can be sought.
