【摘要】：近年來，很多學者從不同角度都對商業(yè)倫理問題做過研究。而在研究素材方面，文學作品卻很少被仔細探討。本論文選取美國作家安·蘭德的著作《阿特拉斯聳聳肩》為研究對象希望能從一個新的角度來研究商業(yè)倫理。小說中作者通過刻畫漢克·里爾登等英雄人物，向人們展示了正面的企業(yè)家形象。通過分析小說，本文探討了商業(yè)成功中的必要倫理要素，從不同的角度為商業(yè)倫理的研究提供了新鮮的素材。本篇論文的正文是由解答三大問題組成。 首先，本文用理性經(jīng)濟人理論去分析小說中的各類角色，回答了倫理型企業(yè)首要該做的是什么。小說中主人公達格妮以及漢克等作為典型的理性經(jīng)濟人的代表，向人們展示了企業(yè)面對不同倫理問題該如何選擇，，即理性的為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造利潤，為社會創(chuàng)造價值。而那些非理性的企業(yè)家則不應該通過其他的途徑“搶奪”這些價值。同時，政府雖非企業(yè)，卻在企業(yè)倫理的實現(xiàn)中起著至關重要的作用。 第二，本文針對到底什么樣的領導者才是有倫理的領導者進行了討論，指出了此類領導者應具備的個人品質。其中，責任，誠實以及能力被視為最重要的品質并在文中進行了詳細分析。在小說中，那些正面的企業(yè)家充分具備這些特質。而同時，這些個人特性對他們經(jīng)營倫理型企業(yè)意義重大。 最后，本文在其他學者研究的基礎上通過分析小說提出了一種倫理決策模型，即雙模式的倫理決策模型。通過此模型，決策者可從潛意識及意識中思考并作出符合倫理的決策，決策模型的倫理學基礎是安蘭德的理性利己理論。 在中國建設市場經(jīng)濟的今天，解讀美國社會的商業(yè)倫理素材對中國社會企業(yè)的管理層在決策等方面也會有一定的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many scholars from different angles to the business ethics research. In doing research, literature has rarely been carefully discussed. This paper selects the American writer Ann Rand's book "Atlas shrugged" as the research object to study business ethics from a new perspective in the novels by author. Characterization of Hank Reardon and other heroes, showing the positive image of the entrepreneur to the people. Through the analysis of the novel, this paper discusses the necessity of ethical factors in business success, from different angles to provide fresh raw materials for the study of business ethics. The text of this thesis is composed of three big questions.
First of all, the rational economic man theory to analyze all kinds of roles in the novel, answer what is the ethical enterprises do. The primary protagonist Dagne and Hank as the representative of the typical rational economic man, to show the people of different enterprises face the ethical problems how to choose, that is rational for the enterprise to create profits, create value for society. While those irrational entrepreneurs should not be through other ways to "grab" the value. At the same time, the government not enterprises, but in the realization of enterprise ethics plays a vital role.
Second, according to what the leader is the ethical leaders discussed, pointed out that those leaders should have personal qualities. Among them, responsibility, honesty and ability is regarded as the most important quality was analyzed in this paper. In the novel, those positive entrepreneurs fully have these qualities and at the same time, the personal characteristics of their business ethical enterprises of great significance.
Finally, analysis of the novel presents a kind of ethical decision-making model through this based on the research of other scholars, namely the dual mode of ethical decision making model. Through this model, decision makers can from the subconscious and consciousness of thinking and make an ethical decision, ethical decision making model based is rational egoism of Ayn Rand's theory.
Today, in building a market economy in China, interpreting business ethics materials in American society will also provide some inspiration for Chinese social enterprise managers in decision-making.
