【摘要】：身處美國主流文化和中國傳統(tǒng)文化之間，華裔美國人的文化身份絕不等同于這兩種其中任何一種。后殖民主義學(xué)者霍米·巴巴深知少數(shù)族裔的身份困境和焦慮。他的“文化差異”、“協(xié)商”、“第三空間”、“混雜”和“文化翻譯”理論為我們在全球化背景下研究華裔美國人的身份構(gòu)建提供了依據(jù)。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上運用霍米·巴巴的后殖民理論對伍慧明的小說《骨》進行解讀。旨在通過創(chuàng)造一個霍米·巴巴式的第三空間來顛覆華裔美國人的滯定形象，消解文化的二元對立，化解兩代人之間的矛盾，，從而構(gòu)建華裔美國人的新身份和新社區(qū)形象。 通過追溯華裔歷史，本文顛覆了強加在華人身上的滯定形象，從而展示了真實的華人形象。華人自從踏上美國大陸的那一刻起便開始在文化和空間的間隙中構(gòu)建自己的特殊身份。霍米·巴巴的理論為他們提過了一種混雜身份模式，既可以不用否認中國文化的根源也不用不認可他們的少數(shù)族裔身份。另外巴巴的理論還為兩代人消除矛盾與隔閡開啟了一個協(xié)商的空間。最后，本文嘗試研究華裔美國人新社區(qū)的特點，并得出結(jié)論：《骨》中所描寫的華裔美國人社區(qū)是一個獨立的、自主的空間，有著它自己獨特的歷史和文化特點。 通過運用霍米·巴巴的理論解析《骨》，本文將為全球化背景下華裔美國人的身份研究開拓一個全新的視野和更廣闊的探索空間。
[Abstract]:Between American mainstream culture and Chinese traditional culture. The cultural identity of Chinese Americans is by no means equal to either of these two. Homi Baba, a postcolonial scholar, is well aware of the identity dilemma and anxiety of minorities. His "cultural differences", "negotiation." "third space". "confounding" and "Cultural Translation" The theory provides a basis for us to study the identity construction of Chinese Americans in the context of globalization. Based on previous studies, this paper uses Homer Baba's postcolonial theory to interpret Wu Huiming's novel "Bone". By creating a Homi Barba-style third space to subvert the stereotypical image of Chinese Americans. Dispel the duality of culture, resolve the contradiction between two generations, and construct the new identity and new community image of Chinese American. By tracing back to the history of Chinese, this paper subverts the stereotyped image imposed on the Chinese. It shows the real Chinese image. The Chinese have been building their own special identities between culture and space since the moment they set foot on the mainland. Homi Baba's theory offers them a hybrid. The pattern. There is no need to deny the roots of Chinese culture or to recognize their ethnic identity. Baba's theory also opens up a space for negotiation between the two generations to overcome contradictions and estrangement. Finally. This paper attempts to study the characteristics of the new community of Chinese Americans and draws a conclusion that the Chinese American community described in Bone is an independent and independent space with its own unique historical and cultural characteristics. By using Homi Baba's theory to analyze Bone, this paper will open up a whole new field of vision and a broader exploration space for the identity study of Chinese Americans in the context of globalization.
