【摘要】:我們生活在一個(gè)言語(yǔ)的世界中,每時(shí)每刻都要做出不同的言語(yǔ)行為。然而因?yàn)槲幕吧鐣?huì)背景的差異,在交際中經(jīng)常會(huì)產(chǎn)生誤解、發(fā)生沖突,尤其是在跨文化交際中。因此多年來(lái),言語(yǔ)行為一直是國(guó)內(nèi)外語(yǔ)用學(xué)家以及社會(huì)語(yǔ)言學(xué)家的重要研究課題之一。綜述言語(yǔ)行為的研究現(xiàn)狀,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)目前大多數(shù)的研究是采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法獲取研究語(yǔ)料,如會(huì)話完成測(cè)試,多項(xiàng)選擇問(wèn)卷和應(yīng)答分類問(wèn)卷。本文嘗試用一種新的方法進(jìn)行研究,采用一種新的方法收集語(yǔ)料,即從跨文化經(jīng)典小說(shuō)《喜福會(huì)》中收集自然對(duì)話語(yǔ)料,且給出言語(yǔ)行為發(fā)生時(shí)的具體的語(yǔ)境。 作者從《喜福會(huì)》中精選了許多經(jīng)典的對(duì)話,以跨文化理論為主要理論基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合禮貌及面子因素,采用個(gè)案分析的定性分析方法對(duì)其中的言語(yǔ)行為進(jìn)行跨文化分析。本文著重探討言語(yǔ)行為中的四種程式化的言語(yǔ)行為,拒絕,稱呼,,恭維,和請(qǐng)求。首先根據(jù)奧斯汀及塞爾的言語(yǔ)行為理論,對(duì)每一種言語(yǔ)行為進(jìn)行基本的分析概述,然后給出每一種言語(yǔ)行為所發(fā)出的具體的語(yǔ)篇語(yǔ)境和情境語(yǔ)境,力求實(shí)現(xiàn)語(yǔ)料的真實(shí)自然,繼而運(yùn)用霍爾的低語(yǔ)境和高語(yǔ)境交際理論及霍夫斯泰德的文化緯度理論(集體主義和個(gè)人主義,權(quán)利距離,長(zhǎng)短期導(dǎo)向)對(duì)每一種言語(yǔ)行為進(jìn)行定性分析,即不同文化背景下的人物為何傾向于使用此種言語(yǔ)行為來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)他們的交際目的,為什么采用此種交際策略,又為什么做出此種應(yīng)對(duì)。 本文旨在分析中美間言語(yǔ)行為使用的差異,以及造成這種差異的深厚的文化背景。通過(guò)此種差異的分析,小說(shuō)中的重要的人物語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn),即母親所代表的中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn),女兒所代表的美國(guó)文化的語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)都得以很好地展示?傊,語(yǔ)言是一面鏡子,可以很好地反映一個(gè)民族的文化特點(diǎn)。正確地理解一個(gè)國(guó)家的文化可以避免跨文化交際中的失誤和誤解,減少?zèng)_突,最終增強(qiáng)彼此間的相互理解。
[Abstract]:We live in a world of speech, all the time to make different speech acts. However, because of differences in cultural and social background, in communication often lead to misunderstanding, conflict, especially in cross-cultural communication. Therefore, over the years, the speech act has been the domestic foreign language by linguists and sociolinguists important one of the research topics. Review of speech acts, we found that most of the research is using the method of questionnaire survey to obtain research data, such as session to complete the test, multiple-choice questionnaire and questionnaire response classification. This paper attempts to research a new method, using a new method to collect data, from the cross culture the classic novel "the Joy Luck Club data collection natural dialogue", and gives the speech acts of the specific context.
The author from the "Joy Luck Club > featured a number of classic dialogue in cross cultural theory, combining the factors of politeness and face, using the qualitative analysis method of case analysis of the speech act of the cross cultural analysis. This paper focuses on the speech act, the four program in the speech act of refusal. First of all, compliments, and request. According to Austen and Searl's speech act theory, summarizes the basic analysis of every kind of speech act, and then give out each kind of speech acts in specific discourse context and context, and strive to achieve the data and then use Holzer's true nature, low context and high context the theory and Hofstede's cultural dimension theory (individualism and collectivism, power distance, short and long term orientation) for the qualitative analysis of each kind of speech act, namely the different cultural backgrounds of people Why do things tend to use such verbal behavior to achieve their communicative purposes, why they adopt such strategies and why they make such a response.
This paper aims to analyze the differences in the use of speech acts between the United States and China, as well as the cause of the differences of the profound cultural background. Through the analysis of the differences between the characters in the novel, language features important, namely language features China traditional culture represented by the mother, the language characteristic of American culture represented by the daughter can be a good show. In a word, language is a mirror, it can well reflect the cultural characteristics of a nation. The correct understanding of the culture of a country can avoid errors in cross culture communication and misunderstanding, reduce conflicts and ultimately enhance mutual understanding.
