【摘要】：西奧多·德萊塞(1871-1945)是美國(guó)二十世紀(jì)重要的作家之一,在世界文壇上和惠特曼、馬克·吐溫一樣代表了美國(guó)文學(xué)的成就。 《美國(guó)悲劇》被公認(rèn)為德萊塞的代表作。作品生動(dòng)地刻畫了二十世紀(jì)一位美國(guó)青年克萊德·格里菲思悲劇的一生。小說從克萊德十二歲隨貧困潦倒的父母沿街布道寫起,繼而描寫其崇拜金錢、追求情欲、以致原本一位本性善良的孩子逐漸墮落,成為壟斷資本統(tǒng)治的社會(huì)里的那套人生哲學(xué)和價(jià)值觀念的俘虜。主人公克萊德為滿足個(gè)人欲望,高攀大/一主的女兒桑德拉并陰謀殺害原來的情人一女工羅伯塔,最終其在二十三歲的年紀(jì)被送上了電椅。 《美國(guó)悲劇》這部作品使德萊塞一舉成名,越來越多的國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)德萊塞本人及其作品從不同角度進(jìn)行研究。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于《美國(guó)悲劇》的研究主要對(duì)作品中的自然主義和命運(yùn)決定論的研究以及對(duì)美國(guó)社會(huì)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律等各方面進(jìn)行了揭露和批判等等。 論文共分六章：第一章引言部分主要介紹作者、作品梗概、小說的創(chuàng)作背景及文獻(xiàn)綜述。第二章主要介紹了本文所使用的理論一弗洛伊德的人格結(jié)構(gòu)理論(即本我、自我和超我)。第三章分析了主人公克萊德本我的原因及其具體體現(xiàn)。第四章主要分析了克萊德的本我、自我及超我之間的沖突及沖突的原因。第五章分析了克萊德處在不利局面下的自我防御機(jī)制。第六章是論文的結(jié)論部分。本文借助弗洛伊德心理分析理論,分析了《美國(guó)悲劇》這部作品中主人公克萊德的人格結(jié)構(gòu),從心理學(xué)角度探索了主人公悲劇的原因,不僅對(duì)作品有了更深刻全面的理解,同時(shí)對(duì)于我們思考和認(rèn)識(shí)人的存在價(jià)值和人生意義具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Theodore Drexel (1871-1945) was one of the most important writers in the United States in 20th century, representing the achievements of American literature as much as Whitman and Mark Twain in the world. "American tragedy" is recognized as the masterpiece of Dreiser. It vividly depicts the tragic life of a young American man, Clyde Griffith, in 20th century. The novel goes down the street from Clyde's impoverished parents at the age of 12. The sermon writes. Then describes its worship of money, the pursuit of passion, so that the original nature of a good child gradually depraved. He became a captive of the philosophy and values of life in a society dominated by monopoly capital. Clyde, the protagonist, satisfied his personal desires. Kopan's daughter Sandra and conspiracy to kill a former lover, Roberta, was finally put in an electric chair at the age of 23. The American tragedy makes Dreiser famous. More and more scholars at home and abroad have studied Dreiser himself and his works from different angles. The study of American tragedy at home and abroad mainly studies naturalism and destiny determinism in the works, and exposes and criticizes the political, economic, legal and other aspects of American society. The thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the author and the outline of the works. The second chapter mainly introduces the theory used in this paper-Freud's theory of personality structure (I. E. ego). The third chapter analyzes the causes of the protagonist Clyde's id and its concrete embodiment. Chapter 4th mainly analyzes Clyde's id. Chapter 5th analyzes Clyde's self-defense mechanism in an unfavorable situation. Chapter 6th is the conclusion of the thesis. This paper analyzes the personality structure of Clyde, the protagonist in the American tragedy, and explores the causes of the hero's tragedy from a psychological point of view, which not only has a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the work. At the same time, it has certain practical significance for us to think and understand the value of human existence and the significance of life.
