《追風(fēng)箏的人》與《贖罪》中圣經(jīng)原型之比較研究

《追風(fēng)箏的人》是美籍阿富汗裔作家卡勒德·胡賽尼的處女作,2003年問世后大獲成功,榮獲各項(xiàng)新人獎(jiǎng)!囤H罪》是英國當(dāng)代作家伊恩·麥克尤恩最受歡迎的代表作,出版于2001年,并獲同年度的布克獎(jiǎng)提名。兩部小說都講述了主人公墮落后救贖的成長故事。目前對兩部小說從各角度所做的研究十分豐富,如主題研究、敘事研究、社會(huì)學(xué)研究、倫理學(xué)研究、讀者反映批評(píng)、心理分析、存在主義、后殖民主義、新歷史主義等,但極少有學(xué)者從原型批評(píng)的角度對兩部作品進(jìn)行對比。就文學(xué)而言,原型指的是作品中反復(fù)變身再現(xiàn)的原始模版,它可能是人物,也可能是敘事情節(jié),還可能是主題!妒ソ(jīng)》具有豐富的原型資源。借助于原型理論和《圣經(jīng)》神話,本論文對比研究了兩部作品在人物、情節(jié)和主題上對《圣經(jīng)》原型的運(yùn)用,以加深讀者對這兩部小說的理解。通過比較《追風(fēng)箏的人》和《贖罪》,本論文探討了兩部小說中出現(xiàn)的源自《圣經(jīng)》的相似人物和情節(jié)原型。這兩部小說中的相似人物是以《圣經(jīng)》人物原型為藍(lán)本的,包括亞當(dāng)或夏娃、該隱或猶大、替罪羊以及撒旦。其中,兩部作品的主人公分別以亞當(dāng)和該隱以及夏娃和猶大為原型,展現(xiàn)了人物從天真到罪惡的形象變化以揭示個(gè)體成長經(jīng)歷和性格的改變...
