山東省兒童美術(shù)教育現(xiàn)狀及存在問題研究

【摘要】:兒童美術(shù)教育作為我國美術(shù)教育的重要組成部分,對于我國教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展有著不可忽視的作用,本文通過論述兒童美術(shù)對人的身心發(fā)展的影響和作用,突出強調(diào)了兒童美術(shù)教育在教育體系中的重要性,不僅如此,本文通過抽樣調(diào)查研究,力圖解讀山東省校內(nèi)外兒童美術(shù)教育的現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合相關(guān)教育理論、教育政策文件,對山東省當前校內(nèi)外兒童美術(shù)教育中存在的一些問題進行分析,并提供了適當?shù)慕鉀Q途徑,以便能更好地促進山東省兒童美術(shù)教育事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,也為全國兒童美術(shù)教育的研究與實踐提供有益的啟示。本文首先闡釋了兒童美術(shù)教育對人的身心發(fā)展的影響和作用,主要論證了兒童美術(shù)教育對人的身心發(fā)展的七項功能和作用,包括:1、培養(yǎng)兒童的藝術(shù)感覺,促進兒童審美能力的提高;2、開發(fā)兒童的想象力和創(chuàng)新能力;3、促進兒童的情感發(fā)展;4、促進兒童心智的成長;5、培養(yǎng)和提高兒童的發(fā)散思維能力和綜合能力;6、鍛煉兒童的觀察能力,有利于兒童視覺經(jīng)驗的發(fā)展;7、利用情感教育的實施,能提高兒童的道德認知能力。通過這些論證,突出了兒童美術(shù)教育在教育體系中的重要性。然后又以山東省兒童美術(shù)教育的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題作為調(diào)查研究的主題,調(diào)查走訪了山東省的一些學校和校外的兒童美術(shù)教育機構(gòu),調(diào)研的范圍涵蓋山東的城市及鄉(xiāng)村,通過發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題,并對比教育部門最新的政策文件為之尋找最佳的解決途徑。通過對調(diào)研結(jié)果的分析,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)當下山東省內(nèi)的兒童美術(shù)教育取得了一定成就,具體來說,無論是學校還是校外兒童美術(shù)輔導機構(gòu)都在教學設(shè)施、教學內(nèi)容、師資、課堂教學、學生作業(yè)成績評定等方面取得了一定進步和改善,但其中也仍然存在著一些問題,比如:教學實踐中依然存在側(cè)重技能忽視審美能力與創(chuàng)新能力的問題、我國兒童美術(shù)教育仍存在區(qū)域教育發(fā)展不平衡的問題、實際教學實踐中對學生作品的評定方式缺乏靈活性和多樣性的問題等,這些問題在城市的校外兒童美術(shù)教育機構(gòu)中比較普遍,而且在偏遠鄉(xiāng)村的學校中更為嚴重和突出,因此,針對這些問題需要從不同角度入手去尋求解決途徑,比如:教育管理部門的監(jiān)督管理和政策引導、學校與機構(gòu)、師資培養(yǎng)、教學評價等,希望通過這些解決途徑,積極促進山東省兒童美術(shù)教育的健康發(fā)展,并為構(gòu)建我國當代科學有效的兒童美術(shù)教育體系提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:As an important part of art education in China, children's art education plays an important role in the development of education in China. This paper discusses the influence and function of children's fine arts on the development of human body and mind. The importance of children's fine arts education in the educational system is highlighted. Not only that, this paper tries to interpret the present situation of children's art education in and out of Shandong Province through sample investigation, and combines relevant educational theories and educational policy documents. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the art education of children in and out of school in Shandong Province, and provides appropriate solutions so as to better promote the healthy development of children's art education in Shandong Province. It also provides useful inspiration for the research and practice of children's art education. This paper first explains the influence and function of children's art education on the physical and mental development of human beings, and mainly demonstrates the seven functions and functions of children's art education on human's physical and mental development, including: 1, to cultivate children's artistic feelings. Promoting the improvement of children's aesthetic ability, developing children's imagination and creativity, promoting children's emotional development, promoting children's mental development, cultivating and improving children's divergent thinking ability and comprehensive ability, and training children's observation ability. It is beneficial to the development of children's visual experience and the implementation of emotional education can improve children's moral cognition ability. Through these arguments, the importance of children's art education in the educational system is highlighted. Then, taking the present situation and existing problems of children's art education in Shandong Province as the subject of investigation and research, we visited some schools and out-of-school institutions of children's fine arts education in Shandong Province. The scope of the investigation covers cities and villages in Shandong Province. By identifying the problems and comparing the latest policy documents of the education sector, we find the best way to solve them. Through the analysis of the results of the investigation, we can find that the children's art education in Shandong Province has made certain achievements. Specifically, both schools and out-of-school children's art tutoring institutions are in teaching facilities, teaching contents, and teachers. Some progress and improvement have been made in classroom teaching and assessment of students' homework scores, but there are still some problems, such as: the emphasis on skills neglecting aesthetic ability and innovation ability in teaching practice. There are still some problems in children's art education in China, such as unbalanced development of regional education, lack of flexibility and diversity in evaluating students' works in practical teaching practice, etc. These problems are more common in out-of-school children's art education institutions in cities, and are more serious and prominent in schools in remote rural areas. Therefore, to solve these problems, we need to seek solutions from different angles. For example, the supervision, management and policy guidance of educational management departments, schools and institutions, teacher training, teaching evaluation, and so on, hope to actively promote the healthy development of children's art education in Shandong Province through these solutions. And for the construction of our country's contemporary scientific and effective children's art education system to provide reference.
