【摘要】：本文為一篇海洋冒險類文本的翻譯項目報告,筆者選取了美國作家羅恩·哈伯德(L · Ron Hubbard)的《黑旗之下》(Under the Black Ensign)前五章進(jìn)行翻譯并據(jù)此撰寫項目報告。該文符合科學(xué)幻想小說黃金時代的文體特點,獨特的語言風(fēng)格及鮮明的時代特點均使其具有一定的翻譯價值。《黑旗之下》人物語言較多,夾雜西班牙語及航海術(shù)語,此外,背景和場景描寫較為細(xì)致,是翻譯處理的重難點所在。翻譯前,筆者將紐馬克(Peter Newmark)所提出的文本語域分類作為文本分析的主要工具,進(jìn)行分析。翻譯過程中,查找和了解了原文背景及文中所用術(shù)語,結(jié)合句法分析,采用詞性轉(zhuǎn)換,直譯與意譯相結(jié)合的翻譯手法處理譯文。由于小說類文體的主要目的在于引起讀者興趣,所以在處理譯文時,特別是文中有關(guān)人物塑造和環(huán)境描寫的部分時,力求能夠讓譯文讀者與原文讀者產(chǎn)生同樣的情感,做出同樣的反應(yīng),因此筆者使用讀者反應(yīng)論作為翻譯項目的主要理論指導(dǎo),力求使得譯文與原文達(dá)到動態(tài)對等。在文本分析處理的過程中,筆者獲得較多的經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn),對提高之后翻譯的準(zhǔn)確性大有裨益。
[Abstract]:This paper is a project report on the translation of marine adventure texts. The author selects the first five chapters of under the Ensign by L Ron Hubbard to translate and write the project report accordingly. This article accords with the stylistic features of the golden age of science fantasy novels, and its unique language style and distinctive features of the times make it of certain translation value. The detailed description of background and scene is the most difficult point in translation processing. Before translation, the text register classification proposed by Peter Newmark was used as the main tool of text analysis. In the process of translation, we look up and understand the background of the original text and the terms used in the text, and combine the syntactic analysis with the translation technique of part of speech conversion, literal translation and free translation. Because the main purpose of the novel style is to arouse the reader's interest, so in dealing with the translation, especially the part of the character shaping and the environmental description of the text, we try our best to make the target reader and the original reader have the same emotion. In order to achieve the dynamic equivalence between the target text and the original text, the author uses the reader's response theory as the main theoretical guidance of the translation project. In the process of text analysis, the author has gained more experiences and lessons, which is helpful to improve the accuracy of translation.
