【摘要】：在消費主義和文化工業(yè)的潮流中,以孫恒為代表的幾位青年工人在北京自發(fā)組織了"新工人藝術(shù)團"。該組織除為工人創(chuàng)作、演出外,還創(chuàng)建了打工文化藝術(shù)博物館、新工人劇場、打工子弟學(xué)校等為工人服務(wù)的文化機構(gòu)。這些文化實踐有助于喚起新工人的情感共鳴、身份認(rèn)同,體現(xiàn)了對現(xiàn)實和資本一定程度的批判,為工人文化的發(fā)展提供了有益探索。然而,作為異質(zhì)聲音的"新工人藝術(shù)團"在多重權(quán)力話語的夾縫中生存艱難,且要屈從商業(yè)挑戰(zhàn),時常面臨被收編的危險,致使工人文化陷入困境。
[Abstract]:In the trend of consumerism and cultural industry, several young workers, represented by Sun Heng, spontaneously organized the New Workers' Art Troupe in Beijing. In addition to creating and performing for workers, the organization has also set up cultural institutions for workers, such as the Museum of Culture and Art of Workers, the Theatre of New Workers, the Schools for working Children, and other cultural institutions. These cultural practices are helpful in evoking the emotional resonance and identity of new workers, reflecting the criticism of reality and capital to a certain extent, and providing a beneficial exploration for the development of workers' culture. However, as a heterogeneous voice, the "New Workers' Art Troupe" is difficult to survive in the gap of multiple power words, and has to submit to the commercial challenges, often facing the risk of being incorporated, which results in the workers' culture being in a dilemma.
