【摘要】：文學作品的風格翻譯多年來始終是翻譯研究者關(guān)注的翻譯難點。小說《無風之樹》是中國著名現(xiàn)代主義小說家李銳的代表作之一。小說中,李銳將中國傳統(tǒng)小說的寫實手法與以�？思{為代表的意識流思想相結(jié)合,并融入自己倡導的"語言自覺性",使得該書敘事方式奇特,語言特色鮮明。作者獨特的創(chuàng)作風格因此得到凸顯。該書一經(jīng)發(fā)表,受到國內(nèi)外廣泛關(guān)注,曾先后被翻譯為法文、瑞典文以及英文。其中英譯本由美國翻譯家陶忘機翻譯。國內(nèi)針對《無風之樹》的研究多囿于文學評鑒,對其英譯本的研究比較欠缺。陶忘機在翻譯該小說時語言地道,自然流暢,注重從多方面再現(xiàn)原著創(chuàng)作風格。因此,考察該英譯本對原文風格的再現(xiàn)具有現(xiàn)實意義。劉宓慶教授提出的風格標記理論提供了一整套針對文學作品的風格進行系統(tǒng)識別和分析的理論體系,全方位地剖析文學翻譯中原作語言風格的傳譯問題,并總結(jié)出了針對風格的翻譯方法和評價標準。利用風格標記理論對原文和翻譯文本進行平行文本分析,能夠全面而客觀地對譯本在風格翻譯方面的得失做出合理的評價。本文采用描述性研究方法,基于原作風格特點和譯者陶忘機的翻譯思想,利用風格標記理論對李銳小說《無風之樹》及其英譯本進行風格分析,析出原文的風格,考察其在譯文中的再現(xiàn)情況,歸納出陶忘機傳譯原文風格的對策,并對譯文做出評價。研究主要有以下兩點發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,陶忘機在翻譯過程中十分注重對于原文風格的傳譯,采用了多種對應(yīng)、重構(gòu)和淡化等對策,從語言、敘事及作品主題思想三個層次,力圖最大程度實現(xiàn)對原文風格的再現(xiàn)。其中,對應(yīng)和淡化的方法使用最多。陶忘機譯本在對原文文本的音韻效果、篇章結(jié)構(gòu)、修辭手法、敘事方式等突出的文本特征等的方面還原度很高。第二,根據(jù)風格標記理論中的翻譯評價標準,陶忘機的《無風之樹》英譯本,雖然在細節(jié)處理上存在不足之處,但總體講,不僅合理再現(xiàn)了原文風格,又不失譯者自身翻譯的風格,屬于有文學性(即有風格標記)的譯文。其風格傳譯經(jīng)驗,對中國當代文學的英譯有很大的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The style translation of literary works has been a difficult point for translation researchers for many years. The novel Tree without Wind is one of the masterpieces of Li Rui, a famous modernist novelist in China. Li Rui combined the realistic way of Chinese traditional novel with the stream of consciousness thought represented by Faulkner, and combined with the "language consciousness" advocated by Li Rui, which made the narrative way of the book strange. As a result, the author's unique creative style has been highlighted. Once published, the book has received extensive attention both at home and abroad, and has been translated into French one after another. Swedish and English. The English version is translated by the American translator Tao Feiji. The study of the Tree of the Wind in China is limited to literary evaluation, but the study of its English translation is relatively lacking. Natural fluency and emphasis on reproducing the original writing style from many aspects. Therefore, It is of practical significance to investigate the English translation for the reproduction of the original style. Professor Liu Mi-qing 's stylistic marker theory provides a set of theoretical systems for the systematic identification and analysis of literary works' styles. This paper analyzes the translation of the original language style in literary translation from all aspects, and summarizes the translation methods and evaluation criteria for the style. The parallel text analysis of the original text and the translated text is carried out by using the stylistic marker theory. This paper adopts a descriptive approach based on the characteristics of the original style and the translator's translation ideas. Based on the stylistic marker theory, this paper analyzes Li Rui's novel the Tree of the Wind and its English translation, analyzes the style of the original text, investigates its reproduction in the translation, and concludes the countermeasures of the original style of Tao's forgetting to interpret the original text by computer. The main findings of the study are as follows: first, Tao forgette pays much attention to the interpretation of the original style in the process of translation, and adopts many countermeasures, such as correspondence, reconstruction and desalination, etc., from the perspective of language. There are three levels of narration and the theme of the works, which try to reproduce the original style to the maximum extent. Among them, the methods of correspondence and desalination are most used. The prominent features of the text, such as narrative style, have a high degree of reduction. Secondly, according to the translation evaluation criteria of the stylistic marker theory, the English translation of "Tree without Wind" of Tao Feiji has some shortcomings in detail processing, but generally speaking, It not only reasonably reproduces the original style, but also does not lose the translator's own translation style, which belongs to the literary (that is, style marked) translation. The experience of style translation is of great significance to the English translation of Chinese contemporary literature.
